This adventure is ideal for both newcomers and adventure enthusiasts. Skilled guides will assist in enhancing paddling skills and ensure safety throughout the excursion. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to appreciate the stunning surroundings, learn about the local flora and fauna, and possibly even spot a sloth lounging in the trees. Whether new to rafting or seeking an exciting challenge, this tour provides an unforgettable way to explore Costa Rica’s wild rivers.
- Minimum age is 6 years
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
- You will be required to sign a waiver upon tour check-in
- Recommend you bring: Sunscreen, string or strap to secure your glasses, clothes to change into after the tour
- Recommend you wear: Swimsuit, Shorts or long pants (for sun protection only - no jeans), tennis shoes or sandals with ankle straps (no flip flops), light rain jacket and/or polypropylene, wool shirts for cool or rainy days. Cotton T-shirts for sunny days only (they make you colder when wet)
- A minimum of 2 adults per booking is required
- For your safety, the 8.30 am schedule may change because the river level.

Super rafting experience - David and Steven made it an unforgettable experience. They explained the safety procedures very well (important) and then we had an amazing trip with a lot of fun. Nice rapids. After the trip we had a nice plate with various fruit , drinks. We felt very welcome. Pura vida!

Top day. Rafting and great food. Highly recommended. - Super trip made in pouring rain. Was really great and our guides David and Steve were good guests.Evening delicious eaten at the same location " la nutria vegana". Highly recommended.

A must do - This company were amazing and really looked after us. Our guide Carlos was very professional and at all times we felt we were in very capable and safe hands.
Our guide was such fun and knowledgeable about the wildlife. He was very passionate about his job. The rapids, scenery and wildlife were incredible.
Once back from the rapids we were given some refreshments including drinks, fruit and cassava. Which is what we needed after all that adrenaline.
Thank you to all. If it wasn’t for the fact we were leaving, we would have joined them for the grade III to IV rapids.
We have white water rafted several times in different countries and I strongly recommend this company.

Excellent, fun and safe activity - Great experience! David and Steven were excellent. Picked up from our hotel, given a thorough safety demo and check, before hitting the river. Always felt safe and we (adults and teens) had great fun. 2 guides on the river - one kayaker and one steering the raft. Lots of big stoppers after heavy rain resulted in some great dunkings. Swam out of the raft too to cool down. Lots of wildlife seen the way: iguanas, turtles, a Sloth, pygmy, Green and Ringed Kingfishers, cormorants, anhingas, tiger herons, black vultures, montezuma oropendola, buff-rumped warbler. Took approx 1hr. After the trip, we had a Costa Rican lunch - food and beverages were excellent and plentiful. Then we reviewed the photos and videos David took. Great activity. Highly recommend!!

Excellent team, passionate - Very nice rafting activity, I was a little worried and they were reassuring, level II/III is rich in sensations but easily doable. Excellent team, passionate guides, very good value for money.

BEST rafting - The truth is we had a wonderful day rafting on the Sarapiquí River. Much of that had to do with our guide, Stanley Esquivel Mesen. You can tell he really knows the river like the back of his hand, so we felt safe the whole time, even in the most turbulent rapids. The whole team was 10 stars, very attentive the whole time and provided VIP service. It was a good mix between the excitement of rafting and being able to enjoy the beautiful scenery here in Sarapiquí. If you're looking to do something adventurous, I highly recommend it, and Stanley was a fantastic guide who made the experience even better.

Great time for our small group! - Jordy and David took us on a super fun adventure down the rapids. It was only my daughter (15) and me and we appreciate that they were willing to host such a small group. Jordy’s instructions were clear and kept us safe and having fun. We were on the water for 2.5 hours and had some fruit snacks and a secret dessert after. Definitely worth the trip.

Great adventure - Jorge our guide was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and made sure we had a great time! The rapids were a blast and we had a small group which was a plus. The fresh fruit and other snacks were amazing! We even got to learn how to make sugar cane shots! Highly recommend this tour and company.
