Bravo to Bravo Tours and Alex!!! - Bravo and Guide Alex did a fabulous job on this excursion. We were picked up promptly at the pier in a very nice luxury van, complete with WiFi and charging ports. We drove 2 hour to Bangkok and saw all of the top attractions. Emerald Buddha, Reclining Buddha and Presidential Palace were all amazing. Alex took us on a longboat ride down the river and off to a great local lunch. He was very accommodating with special requests, making sure we had a great time. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour if cruising, cheaper than cruise tour and nicer to have a private tour.

My tour guide, ViVi, was... - My tour guide, ViVi, was fabulous. Had an excellent day that was jam packed with various temples and the grand palace. Each temple was more beautiful than the next. ViVi took me to a wonderful spot for lunch that was close to the grand palace. The canal cruise was a great break from all the walking and a good way to escape the Bangkok heat. Would highly recommend! Thank you ViVi for a very special day!

Excellent Tour - Originally, we were going to take a ship tour. But you waste a lot of time on those and don’t see enough. This tour was fast paced and we saw much more than a ship excursion. Our tour guide, Jo Anne, took us everywhere. Our driver was always there when we needed him. Both tour guide and driver were excellent. We had a wonderful time in Bangkok. I recommend this tour.

Highly Recommended - From the moment we booked the communication was superb. We were met at the ship by the incredibly enthusiastic and friendly Vivi. She was amazing throughout the day. She was an encyclopaedia of information and an absolute joy. The tour itself was fascinating taking in the Palace, Temples and river trip. It really was an education and a must if you plan to visit Bangkok. Highly recommended.

A wonderful day tour of Bangkok - What a wonderful day in Bangkok! Our tour guide Alex and driver Tien gave us an amazing day. We visited several temples, visited several beautiful Buddha sites, toured the Grand Palace, took a really fun river boat ride, had lunch at a place of our choosing near the river and visited a gem factory and sales center. Tien navigated the streets with ease and Alex made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Alex gave us choices throughout the day to keep things interesting and fun. The ride from the cruise port was about 90 minutes, a bit longer when we headed back due to traffic. But the travel time was well worth it! We would highly recommend this tour and our guide Alex and driver Tien!

Great Tour but long drive from port to Bangkok. - This was a great opportunity to see the sites in Bangkok. This was a private excursion in a minivan. It was air conditioned. The transportation was comfortable. Our guide Wewe was knowledgeable and informative. Our driver Mr. Sam certainly worked the traffic jams. All together it was a great tour. Now here’s the hard part which there is nothing you can do anything about: Be prepared for a long drive from Laem Chabang port to Bangkok and also the return drive. It took about 2 1/2 hours to get from Laem Chabang port to Bangkok. The return drive was a little less than 2 hours. Still we enjoyed our day in Bangkok.

Bangkok to Pattaya all in a day. Appreciated the customization - We were picked up from our cruise destination in a timely matter and we were driven to Bangkok. Our guide was informative however there was a challenge with communication at times. I think that he did a good job overall. Thinking about the length of time we had and the length of the trip they were attentive and they really tried to make the trip as exciting and comfortable and safe for us as they could.There was a lot of walking when we visited the grand Palace that we weren’t aware of and it made for a very long day. We did really appreciate the fact that the Guide accommodated us to be able to go to the Pattaya floating market recognizing that was a customization beyond what they typically do. I would also recommend that in the future, the guide be prepared to take people to something other than a rest area to eat we wound up finding a really good restaurant however, there was the typical Taco Bell McDonald’s options that he also presented to us so we would have just like to have more local authentic Options. we did also appreciate the fact that cold water was provided to us as well as a cooling towel which was very welcome on such a hot day. We also felt the driver was very safe given all the traffic and the amount of time that we spent traveling overall, this company allowed us to be able to see very key parts of Thailand that were important to us and we greatly appreciated the accommodation. Our guide also was super attendant at the floating market even carrying our bags for us. If I could give a 4.5 I would. I would recommend them again.

I wouldn’t suggest this tour company - The guide and the driver were kind people. This is why I am leaving the three stars. They were polite and allowed us to customize the itinerary. The experience with the company was below any expectations! There was no communication to help us prepare for a pleasant day at the city. I would not suggest this tour company.
