The lady accompanied us... - The lady accompanied us to the airport was so nice. She provided significant help when the airport was chaotic due to yesterday's cancelling. The company "Patagonia Dreams" are really well organized. Not only the airport transfers, all their other tours I joined were wonderful, such as the one going to Perito Moreno with mini trekking.

It was a very convenient... - It was a very convenient way to get to airport. I also booked for the hotel. Easy communication, quick responses and peace of mind

Patagonia trip with Patagonia Dreams - Patagonia Dreams was great. We had them for three excursions plus pick up from and to the airport at El Calafate. They were always on time. The excursions were conducted as described in the itinerary.

Efficient transfer - The company carried out the contracted work with attention and care. They were punctual on time, scheduling and keeping in touch via WhatsApp, promptly clarifying all queries.

Timely & Professional - Our driver was very timely and professional. Patagonia dreams made our travel to and from el calafate’s airport very smooth.

Transport on Time - The airport transfer came on time to pick us up and reach airport around half hour. It is good choice for airport transfer in El Calafate.

Transfer Only Go - We picked up the direct transfer at the airport counter. The value was 11,000 pesos per person. After arriving at the hotel, we discovered that if we had closed back and forth, plus a discount of 2,000 pesos, we could have paid by card. As we did not, at the time of requesting transfer back, the same company VES only accepted payment in cash, which forced us to look for another company, since at the end of the trip, we did not have enough weight.

Although both drivers... - Although both drivers were very efficient neither one spoke any English which had been noted on our reservation. It said we would have an English guide. A bit disappointing as we would have asked questions when we arrived

Not flexible - The pick-up from the airport was ok, However, the return was disappointing because the company only had 2 pick-up times one in the morning and one around noon time. They did not have any flexibility in the time of pick up to get you to the airport early. We ended up taking a taxi when we needed to be at the airport early. The return was a waste of money. They were also not prompt in answering emails.

Changed pickup time on us without consent - Originally my request is for 7:30AM pickup. Finally via email Daniela from the shuttle service confirmed with me for 7AM pickup on Feb10. But the day before, they texted to change to either 6AM or 9:40AM. I told them neither time works for us. I texted, called, emailed, and got ZERO response. I asked to cancel the pickup, got no response. On Feb10 I had to be woken up by the driver at 6AM, only for me to inform them of the cancellation. Their style of communication can be all over the place, e.g. - Daniela used email - the WhatsApp number in Daniela’s email turns out to be a non-working account - the day before, 2 different WhatsApp accounts messaged us of the change in pickup time We were able to arrange for taxi service (almost like Uber) rather easily, and for the exact time that worked for us, I.e. 7:30AM. If we have known this, we would have never dealt with Patagonia Dream
