Mind-blowing and not to miss! - Great trip with our guide and captain, the Hugos! Super knowledgeable and entertaining. The sea was full of swells the morning we went out so the ride was a little more exciting than some of our fellow passengers were expecting. FYI - we were packed into the boat pretty tightly but going inside the caves was awe-inspiring.

Grotto Spectacular - Excellent trip. Just a heads up take a jacket for the trip over in the boat to the caves. The cave tour was spectacular!! That's the only way to describe it. Our boat captain was fabulous giving us a thrilling ride. Anyone visiting should not miss this brilliant boat tour. A+++

Unbeatable, Unforgettable and Fun - This was so much fun and beautiful to see. It was a rush to speed boat in the Atlantic Ocean and then see all the caves. We went to several caves after the Benagil cave. Each one is different and beautiful in their own way. I highly recommend this tour.

Very good trip to Benagil - Hugo and Miguel on our trip to Benagil were fantastic, very informative on locations and places we passed. Trip around one hour and 45 mins on a rib boat, visited plenty of caves en route to Benagil. Nice clean boat, felt safe and comfy. It gets chilly once out into the sea so need a jacket on, waves can be quite high and it does gets windy. We booked direct on their website and saved some money. Meeting point emailed over with instructions which was nice and easy on the corner before reaching the restaurants at the marina and were called over by Hugo and Miguel and taken down to the boat. Make sure you arrive in plenty of time as instructed and end up waiting 15 mins for alte arrivals / no shows

Highlight of our trip - Hugo was friendly and enthusiastic. We gad a great 2 hours exploring the caves! The ride in the RIB was exciting but also very safe feeling. Recommend bringing a jacket and wearing suncream.

Best boat tour in town! - Our trip was amazing!! Our tour guide was fantastic! Learned about the history of the caves and their naming! If you are planning a trip to Lagos, we highly recommend it!

Must do trip in Lagos - Based on traffics we ended up being 5 mins late finding all passengers in life vests and seated in the boat. The staff were understanding and helped us quickly get in our seats for departure. The inflatable has rows of 3 seats that are tightly packed together - really tightly. I think this is for safety and honestly it works well to help stabilize against waves and any pounding the boat takes. We were on a 11am trip and were asked if we were ok with some of the waves that day. We said yes and off we went. The waves actually ended up being larger than I expected (I spent my childhood on Michigan lakes and am not naive of boating). The ride out was about 40 minutes and we took a bunch of pounding to get out there; not much anyone can do. Once there we went into probably 6 six caves spending time floating so everyone could get pictures. Unfortunately my wife did get sick in the boat at the first cave. The crew quickly provided some wet wipes and bags for her and were very empathetic. The ride home we much smoother as the waters had called over only a 90 minute period. Despite her getting sick the tour was worthwhile to see the amazing caves and shoreline. I would highly recommend. If you are prone to seas sickness you might consider some medication before you go vs skipping the trip. Several ladies on our boat had gotten scopolamine patches from the local pharmacy and were fine.

Don’t Trust the Meetup Address - The meeting place address on TripAdvisor is incorrect taking us to an area way across the canal and up the street. The company doesn’t have a store front or kiosk along the waterway to resolve the issue. They only have their logo on a sign. Not a company I would book with again.
