Unsafe company and Staff - We had a delayed start to our tour due to high waves at 10am, which was completely understandable. We were invited to return at 3pm when conditions were expected to improve — appreciated, and no issue there. Unfortunately, the water remained very choppy during the tour. My partner became seasick, so we decided to head back early — again, no problem in itself. Where things started to go wrong was the coordination and safety on the return. The guide (Pablo/Pedro) brought only one person onto the boat while leaving four of us in kayaks in rough water, struggling to stabilize ourselves. At this point, multiple people were already seasick, and one passenger on the boat vomited twice — conditions were clearly not manageable. On the way back, our kayak flipped. Thankfully no one was injured, but it added to an already stressful situation. The most concerning part: we noticed the guide smoking what appeared to be a joint while assisting us. His behavior became erratic — giving unclear instructions, not actively helping, and making us feel unsafe while we tried to hold onto the rope/boat in rough conditions. As we approached the bay, he repeatedly sped up and slowed down unpredictably, making the water even more unstable. We fell into the water again, and while we were still trying to hold on and follow instructions, he accelerated the boat, causing us to swallow water and struggle to stay afloat. At one point, he stopped abruptly, causing the boat behind us to bump into us. When we pointed out we were already holding on as instructed, he simply said, “yeah I can see that,” which was both dismissive and alarming given the situation. In the end, we had to get ourselves back onto the kayak and paddle back to shore on our own — with my partner still seasick. This experience felt unsafe and poorly managed. The conditions alone were challenging, but the guide’s behavior made it significantly worse. I strongly recommend choosing a different company — there are plenty of other options nearby that likely prioritize safety and professionalism

Experienced and extremely helpful and friendly - Pedro was our tour guide and he was so friendly, helpful and experienced. He guided us through tight spaces in the caves and he negotiated us through swells. Bruno was on hand with his speed boat in case of emergency. It was very relaxing being towed back to base as a group to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Amazing Cave experience. - Had a great time with the group, kayaking is the best way to view the caves as you get access to even the smallest opening that the larger power boats can only look at from outside the cave. We found this amazing and beautiful to be remembered forever.

Highly recommend, great couple of hours out exploring caves. - Great experience, nice workout for your arms! 🤭 went into some fab caves, guide was very good. Only negative was stopping on the beach, shoreline very rocky and hubby cut his knee and foot getting to shore. Would have preferred to just sit in kayak while others went ashore. Nice to get towed back, that’s when you realise just how far you went. Would definitely do it again.

In caves with kayaks - Nice experience and especially fun to do for those who love to do it in kayak. Included in the ticket there is also the possibility of having a luggage (waterproof) that allows you to take your phone with you for any photos. A bit chaotic the whole initial phase where you have to find your group but in the end you succeed.

Need better support crew - Took out on choppy waves but manageable. There was supposed to be a guide in the front and back of the group of 6-7 canoes plus a support boat roaming. There was only one guide in front. Not sure where the other two went to most of the trip. Two people at the back waved for help and took some time to get anyone’s attention. When help arrived with the support boat the help were eating and didn’t help the two in the boat. It turned over and the two fell in cold water. On the way back my canoe in the back and no support staff in the back to watch the group. In short, the crew were too busy goofing off to pay attention to the guests. Did not help any of the group into their canoes and water. I had a canoe hit me in the leg and arm and left with a bruise about 2x2 inches on top of leg after llanding on my back in the water. Most of the group were having difficulty with getting canoes in the water. The support boat rammed our canoe twice before we could get far from shore. Might be different if you had a group of experienced kayakers. The route is beautiful but there may be other companies you could use
