Worst Experience with RAJ TOURISIM DUBAI - I would like to share my worst experience with RAJ Tourism Dubai, first of all i don't know why people are only sharing the good things and the bad reviews are left or ignored. we were 4 families booked our trip with Raj tourisim.from the beginning itself there was too many hassles , miscommunication, confusions ,improper plannings . Their itenary was completely messed up. we had to suffer a lot with their guides, infact we had to tell them where we are supposed to go and when . The driver does not know where are we going , No guide to help us and share information's about the places and even if a guide was there he was just a dummy piece and we had to ask him questions about the place we visited . we had been cheated in a very bad way. The person who took all our trip responsibility was not from the management but he was a DRIVER who was just a link between the management and us . One of the most untrained professional guy and a Big Liar as wel. his name is SAJJID (ABU Salman). He is very good in talks and knows how to calm people . a big hats off for this person .but work and organising wise he is a total zero. The tour which was supposed to be a 1 day tour he made us finish in 3 hrs without even seeing the place properly. we had to hurry and keep going without any break. Our tour used to start at late morning at 10am and we used to reach the location by lunch time .When i asked him to make the time a bit earlier like 8:30 am he used to say that the drivers come late and also we need to compromise with them . For me it was a total compromise for this trip. we as new commers could not do anything as we had zero knowledge about Dubai. so we were totally looking like IDIOTS in that place . some places the we have tickets with the same time but different locations . Like the beach timings and the dolphin show time were scheduled to the same time . I wondered if we were really humans to cover the same place at one time . Our childrens were really pissed off on us and started shouting at us . same with our wives I hope tourists and Dubai tourisim read this review RAJ TOURISIM.one of the worst in Tourisim industries A very bad and fraud Agency
