Worst experience - @arabiankingtours_ first i called them a man called Ali or Adil i told him that i have groupon vouchers and asked if i can send my boys with them today he said groupon is not accepted today but he will give me the same offer which is ( VIP package) as groupon but i have to pay it directly to him in cash, and they will not be able to pick them so i have to drop them, the groupon vouchers shows Vip and the price was less than what he asked for , when we reached he didn’t have machine so i asked my husband transferred to his personal account 285 AED with 35 aed extra than what we agreed on, i called the man he said it’s ok i will give it to the boys when they are coming back,
After that when it comes for bike time he told them that both of them will have only one bike i called him and he said if i want i can pay extra so i agreed again i payed the extra the 35 dhs which was already with him and i told him my main concern that my kids enjoy the night there ,
once they reach they waited for more than 2 hrs in the middle of the desert doing nothing just waiting for the bike
I called him again and he said he will check and then he stopped answer i keep texting and calling but no answer, at that time i contacted one of the provided numbers in your website a lady answered and i explained for her whats happening and she said she will check and get back to me and no one called till now!!
Although i sent her a whatsapp explaining with screenshots with my conversation
then they finish the bike, when it comes for the food time as per the voucher we are going it called (VIP) so my son called me asking if they are vip i said yes then the man called me sayed no and the only difference is the waiter services but food is same so accepted that,
Then the kids didn’t even could eat what they offered them as food was very bad, my kids asked to get food from outside as they couldn’t eat it described as ( even dogs wouldn’t eat it !!! And not even similar as he sayed as the went to VIP section and found big difference in food, but he kicked them out ????

Poor Service & Misleading VIP Package - I recently booked a desert safari with Arabian Kings Tour, and unfortunately the service was far below expectations. The pickup was delayed from the requested time, and to make matters worse, we were left alone waiting for our driver at the camp with no other guests and even the lights were turned off.
We tried calling the driver and the guy he referred to us in the camp, but after we raised our complaint, he also disappeared inside the camp and did not assist us further. We were advised to contact the travel agency directly, but they said they could not do anything and were unable to help. Eventually, a new driver arrived, but the situation got worse when just just dropped us where our driver broke down his car in the middle of the desert. We were forced to wait there until it was fixed, which was both stressful and concerning.
Communication from both the driver and the agency was unclear and unhelpful throughout, making the entire experience frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend booking with them, especially considering we booked the VIP Desert Safari Package.
The camp itself was in very poor condition, dirty, old, and poorly maintained. Additionally, most of the activities and services required extra payment. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

WORSE EVER DESERT SAFARI EXPERIENCE - Its a scam, they promise big but later they spoil your whole experience.
The camel & horse ride was for less than 1 minutes, if you need more time, pay for it.
Quad bikes were included in the package, but then again a scam, the free one is just in a small area going in round, otherwise pay and get a more better ride.
We were promised pick up & drop off my 4×4 cars bit were picked up by mini van.
Staff was very unprofessional, inexperienced, quality of service was very low.
The food quality was too low, prepared unhygienically.
Didn't knew what to do, the atmosphere was very boring.
Only the 7 min ride from minivan drop off point till base camp was exciting.
The staff named ALI, dont trust him.

Unpleasant experience with Arabian kings Tours - I am extremely dissatisfied with this company’s service and their failure to honour the terms of the premium package I booked while in the UK.
Despite booking a private premium experience, I was sent a driver who attempted to collect us with another family, which was not agreed. When I refused, their director demanded 700 AED [£140] for a private 4x4, contradicting the previously quoted 560 AED [£112].
We were taken to a quad bike arena that was not included in the package and pressured to pay 500 AED to participate. This appeared to be a commission-based stop for drivers.
Several advertised inclusions were either shortened, missing, or charged extra:
* Dune bashing lasted approximately 15 minutes, not the promised 25
* No sunset photography
* Camel rides charged extra for children
* Fire show lasted around 2 minutes
* Henna painting was not as advertised (full-hand was denied)
* Shisha was not included as premium and required sharing
* Arabic coffee (gahwa) and fresh dates were not provided
* Traditional costumes were unavailable
* “Unlimited” drinks were limited to four bottles of water
* At the buffet and BBQ, a staff member was shouting at guests not to return for food, which was unacceptable.
When I requested a supervisor, I was told the supervisor was “in Pakistan,” and another individual named No’aman was mentioned instead will come later.
Due to these issues, we chose to leave early. The driver, Nadeem, transferred us to another driver, leaving us waiting by the highway in Alsharja city for 15 minutes before pick us up again towards Our resort in Dubi.
This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and not representative of a premium service. I would not recommend this company.

SCAM Arabian king tours - What a shambles!
I can only describe this as a scam. The VIP package is not just below par it is grotesque money grabbing scam that just exposes you and your family to an embarrassing situation!
The package I purchased included private pick up, desert safari, camel ride, sand boarding, belly dance, fire show and unlimited BBQ. I travelled with my wife and 2 children and we were all looking forward to the experience.
What I got - was a diabolical experience!
Firstly the “VIP” pick up was not as expected. On the day I was informed that it would be a van which will be doing rounds to pick guests up and it will be 2 hours in the van! (I was 30 minutes from the venue) - after discussing this with Arabian King Tours, I was left with no choice but to make my own way to the venue.
The tour operator just palmed my concerns off and sent me the location of the venue. I got to the location in my own car with my family and found that this was the wrong location! Repeated calls to Arabian king tours through their lack of care took me off road and in several wrong direction, until we eventually got to the location which is an open car park. There was no need for this behaviour and the pin location of the car park could have been sent.
Once I parked my car I was greeted by an Arabian kings tour rep, who confirmed my name and asked me how many people I had with me. He then directed me to one of the several tired land cruisers. (Ripped seats and dirty inside). The four of us joined two other patrons who were already seated in the Land Cruiser. The land cruiser then headed straight out for “dune bashing” experience. I will always be fair here and the experience was a fastish drive through the sand and some humps on a desert patch that is well trodden (you can see this as the tire marks that have compressed the sand from hundreds of 4x4s that visit this route daily). It should not be described as dune bashing - more a slip and slide in sand and some small humps whilst listening to techno arabic music for 5 mins - until you arrive at the “camp”
The base camp. You get out of the car and pretty much immediately approached by some men with pretty heavily used kafiya chequered headscarf’s, which they wrap around your head. This is not part of the package and these men force this on to your head and wrap it around, then ask for money! Do not partake in this unless you are happy to pay some AEDs. These men are clearly in cahoots with Arabian Kings Tour.
The camp itself i can describe as an out area and in.
The out has a small pen with two camels in it (about 7m diameter) 3 further camels outside that pen. 2 horses, sand boarding area and 4 quad bikes. The “VIP package” only includes one rotation of a camel ride inside the pen which last 18 seconds! In order to ride the camels that are situated outside the pen is 20AED for 10 mins around some open sand area. NOT worth it and again another part of their scam to draw more money out of you. how on earth an included camel ride on this VIP package is one rotation in a pen is beyond me. The bare faced cheek of the operators is so unprofessional and they have no shame at all. -you can see in their faces that this is a scam that most tourists pay up for as they just assume this is how “Dubai” works. I am from London and was on holiday here. But can also speak Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and as almost all of the men were from Pakistan I was able to discuss the scam with them. With a grin they all knew what they were doing and could not answer my representation here.
Still sticking to the outside description of the camp. Next to the camel pen is a higher pile of sand (has concrete at the top) where the sand boarding takes place. This is farcical! Two chipboard sheets cut into a skate board top shape. No grip, no foot holds - just a straight forward piece of chipboard. Unusable and to call this sand boarding is just a joke! I was there for a few hours and no one managed to use it in any capacity - so that’s the sand boarding done!
On the outside there are no other free activities - The horse ride or quad is extra and again a waste as an extra cost and can only stay on locality not on the true dunes!
The outside of the camp also has lots of rubbish just tipped around it and unfortunately there is no way to avoid seeing this as it is clearly viewable from the camel pen and “sand boarding” area.
Now for the inside - a very tired set up. A rectangle are of about 30m x 40m and the centre has a stage where the belly dancing, fire show takes place. Included in the VIP package are drinks - these are available from a red plastic cooler box outside the men’s toilets! That’s it no other refreshments just some carton water and cheap juice. The hot drinks don’t start till 6:30 pm and they are two urns which you can fill your cups with and are situated to the left of the inside entrance.
The eating area with the VIP package includes all you can eat BBQ buffet - unfortunately when we arrived the operator described this as “ it is all you can eat but just the vegetarian stuff the meat options are chicken and lamb and you’re only allowed one portion of each of these but was very happy to keep on repeating the vegetarian is unlimited!” For a barbecue all you can eat VIP, this is 100% not as described and again it’s a part of the scam. There are shops in this rectangular inside part, where they almost force you to buy fizzy drinks or hot drinks or additional food. I have no doubt this is why they try and get you there very early as nothing really happens from 630 onwards but they want you to buy stuff from there to make more money. There is also a very heavy push for you to upgrade from the VIP package to a “premier” package, which includes actual seats and closer to the stage and better option of food, but this is well expensive and not worth it so you are forced to sit on the floor and cushions, which are ripped and worn and watch the show at a 90° angle with your neck turned or body completely turned away from your table.
On the inside, there is also a Henna lady - yes just the one Henna lady who serves the two hundred odd guests! another diabolical Service as you are never going to get that paid for Henna as per the VIP package
The show is pretty rubbish and not worth staying for.
As a postive there is a pray area for woman (a small room ) and an outside area designated for men to pray - that is the only positive bit
Other than this - The only saving grace was that I brought my own car and could leave earlier ! Otherwise I would’ve been stuck in this place until getting back to the two hour drop off the van
The way you get back to the actual car Park area is via the waiting land cruisers who are ferrying people back to the car park area on demand. But this is not part of the dune bashing it’s just a slower drive back.
Massive scam that does nothing for Dubai’s reputation and I would strongly advice you to avoid this experience.
I have took the hit here, but imperative to share the experience - I will also be reporting the company to the Dubai Economic and Tourist department and if you have been to this experience, please do so also
Having read the other reviews, they just look like employees or people that have been paid to write them. It’s impossible that these reviews are true. I’ve just experienced it and I have no dog in this race, it’s just to help others
