Lao Rafting - A real mini expedition, we start with the 16 km of the “Canyon” Rafting and after passing through its magnificent gorges we arrive at the base camp where a relaxing and regenerating shower awaits us. Then we will set up the tents and look for wood for the bonfire. In the evening dinner based on typical products at zero km and then a chat around the fire. The next day breakfast and departure for the second activity, Canyoning, where everyone awaits us and slides along the course of the “Vrisa” stream.
At the end of the activity possibility to have lunch.

An authentic mini adventure begins with the 16 km ‘Canyon’ Rafting journey, leading us through its stunning gorges and culminating at our base camp, where a rejuvenating shower is waiting. We’ll establish our tents and gather firewood for the campfire next. A local, zero km dinner will be served in the evening, with some good conversation around the fire. The following morning, breakfast will be ready before we start the second activity – Canyoning, wherein everyone gets to glide through the ‘Vrisa’ stream. An optional lunch is available to enjoy after the activity.

An unforgettable experience!!! - Exceptional experience is to say little... must be lived!! Two days with the whole family immersed in nature between Rafting, Canyonig, excellent food and, last but not least, the excellent company and professionalism of all the guides who have worked in 1000 ways to make this experience unforgettable!! A special thanks to Andrea, Francesco, Mimmo and Roberto for allowing us to live contact with nature in total safety. Not only would I recommend it, but we will repeat it shortly!!

Rafting Lao Super - Beautiful group experience , exceptional staff, to do or repeat absolutely :-). The experience in the tent was very funny very nice the bonfire with all of us near the fire to tell us about the experience of the first day and thinking with great enthusiasm about the next day.

Fantastic experience - Wonderful rafting experience with our guide Dario, allowed us to appreciate every glimpse of the gorges and take fantastic baths in the Lao River. Equally wonderful canyoning experience in the iannello stream with guides Riccardo and Mimmo.
All extremely competent and nice people.

Exalted Experiences and Welcoming beyond all expectations: a must try! - Structured and organized experience in every detail: the first day begins with rafting on the Lao River. It's a team sport, fundamental the help of the guide that allowed us to have fun and always feel safe (thanks Giuseppe, you are an exemplary professional!). The second day, however, is canyoning: a much more "individual" experience with a high adrenaline impact. Both beautiful and highly recommended to all lovers of sport and nature!
The thing that struck me positively, in addition to the boundless natural beauty, is the sympathy, friendliness and passion of all the staff: they make you love their land just like it was yours!
Special thanks to Andrea who made us by Cicero during the evening camping and the canyoning experience
We will undoubtedly return and bring with us many friendsii

A 360-degree immersion in nature - Great experience, exceptional staff. Geronimo at rafting was super, Andrea and Riccardo fantastic guides for canyoning. All this accompanied by a team spirit that has been created with the truly enviable staff. We were welcomed in the structure for camping by the very kind Carolina and we enjoyed the exquisite Calabrian dishes. We will definitely be back:)

Experience absolutely to try - Superb experience that I would recommend to anyone !! staff and guides very knowledgeable, lovers of their territory and very sociable ... we did a two-day descent of the canyon in rafting and canyonig the following day .. ideal for a stag / hen party as in our case ! The icing on the cake is the excellent cuisine with typical local dishes.

Wonderful experience at the Lao River! - If we'd known before, let alone two days! We would have stretched it for at least five days!
Impeccable organization, the guys were very helpful, understanding and versatile (due to our delays) during the experience.
The whole Lao Rafting team has passed on their love for nature, for the connection you should have with it as well as respect.
By majority, the most beautiful and intriguing excursion was definitely the “Canyoning”, as much as the rafting was also appreciated!
The icing on the cake, the bonfire they prepared for us and that we only had to light to enjoy an evening of music, laughter and group chat!
Super recommended experience, amazing Price quality ratio!

Fantastic experience in nature! - Fantastic experience lived in 2 days at high intensity. Saturday descent on the Lao by rubber boat and Sunday dedicated to canyioning. You will be amazed at the beauty of the Pollino nature in which, literally, you immerse yourself. We can only thank Juan, Andrea and Riccardo in particular, and all the staff for their professionalism and sympathy, for letting us have fun, always in maximum safety. Recommended!
