- We follow Parks Canada trail ratings, which rate the difficulty of any trail as relative to other hiking trails in the park. Thus a trail rated as ‘easy’ means it is easy relative to other trails. This does not mean that all hikers will find it ‘easy’. Similar to how a ski resort will rate its ski runs, and ‘easy’ ski run will not be seen as ‘easy’ by all skiers.

Great guide, great hike, great time - My partner and I only had one day to visit Banff in our unfortunately short trip to Alberta, and we were so glad we joined this tour instead of other tours! We really enjoyed the hike to Consolation Lakes as it was less crowded and we felt more immersed in the nature beauty. (The hike was mostly flat and not super physical demanding, but would warrant proper clothing and hiking shoes for the rocks and boulders) Our guide Chris was wonderful- very professional, knowledge, and great to talk with. With all the nature, trail walking, chatting and learning from the guide, we felt this was a truly enjoyable experience and would love to tour with our guide again if we ever get the chance. Oh and pretty nice sandwich.

Excellent, hassle-free day on mountain - Excellent day with Shohei. Learned a lot about the area and enjoyed the beauty of Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and Consolation Lake. Hike was just right —pace, length, incline. Hassle free. Highly recommend.

Excellent - Megan was an excellent driver and guide. It was super to have transportation to each of the lakes. Her knowledge of the history of the area, flora, fauna and current research and conservation projects in the area was excellent and really added to the trip. Our favourite part of the tour was the 6 km hike to consolation lake. Peaceful, quiet and a beautiful nature walk. We had a beautiful fall day. Good turkey sandwich lunch too!

Awesome! - Seeing Moraine Lake and Lake Louise plus hiking through the forest. Only thing hike should be semi moderate due to hiking through boulders.

Best Experience Ever - I cannot say enough about our experience with this company. Our travel agent is the one that booked us with them, and they customized it to our needs and abilities. We were more interested in seeing a lot, and do less hiking. We used them for three days. We had Pablo as out tour guide for two full days, and he is a walking book of knowledge about this area! Super friendly and funny too! Ever spot we went, did not disappoint. He took us to lunch on both days, and his recommendations were spot on! We ate at the Truffle Pig in Field where I had the Purple Burger which was delicious as was the rest of our groups food. Scott was our other guide, also super friendly and knew the area well. What we liked best is that they handle everything, and we are just along for the ride. It made our trip stress free!!!!!!

Incredible views, with exceptional guide - This tour had magnificent views. Moraine Lake was my favorite. Great hike from Moraine to Consellation Lake. Our guide, Christy was amazing. She shared so much information, so passionate about the Park and preserving its natural beauty. The stop at Lake Louise was also nice, but I believe Moraine had much more charm. I wouldn't label this hike as "easy". It was not difficult for my husband and I, but "easy" may mislead some potential customers. the Tour and experience was priceless.

Moraine Lake and Lake Louise are stunning, well worth the money - Moraine Lake was stunning...my favorite. Enjoyed hiking through the park and the hike to Consellation Lake. Our guide, Christy, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable on the area and shared so much more about Banff and Canada in general. The visit to Lake Louise was also nice.
