• Upper McKenzie Community Center - Rafting participants will gather at the Upper McKenzie Community Center to prepare for their adventure. The center provides optional wetsuits, splash tops, and neoprene booties. From there, a 15-minute shuttle ride will take them to the boat launch. A brief safety briefing will be conducted before embarking on the water. The half-day excursions offer approximately 3 hours of exhilarating whitewater experiences through a verdant forest. Once the journey concludes, participants will board the shuttles for a short 5-minute return trip to the community center.

Emerging from ancient lava beds, the pristine McKenzie River winds through some of Oregon’s most lush and stunning old-growth forests.
