JUNGLE TREKKING 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT in NATIONAL PARK
Gunung Leuser National Park - The adventure begins at 9:00 AM.
- A 40-minute walk to Gunung Leuser National Park.
- Observe orangutans and other wildlife, with explanations about local trees and plants.
- Take a short break for fruit refreshments.
- Continue trekking deeper into the jungle.
- Around 1 PM, enjoy a local lunch in the jungle.
- Continue with 2-3 more hours of jungle trekking, observing orangutans and other wildlife.
- Arrive at the campsite around 3:30 PM. Here, you can swim, relax, and enjoy tea or coffee with a small snack. Meanwhile, the guides will set up the campsite and prepare a local dinner, such as curry and rice.
- After dinner, relax, play games, or chat with your guide. Then, fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the jungle.
Return from Jungle Trekking and Stay Another Night in Bukit Lawang
Bukit Lawang - Continue the jungle trek and return to Bukit Lawang by traditional rafting along the riverbank.

BEST JUNGLE TRIP - My tour guide Dolat was amazing! I had the best time! I spent 2 days hiking and 1 night at the camp site. We saw 5 orangutans and 4 gibbons! Everyone was super friendly and nice the whole time! This was the perfect solo trip. The village was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was taken care of by the guides. When I needed bug spray I was able to get some here. I recommend this trip to anyone who wants some adventure in their life!

Best orangutan trekking company! - Absolutely the best tour company in Indonesia! My friend and I had the best time ever on their overnight jungle trek, which included river rafting afterwards. It was a challenging hike, but well worth it in the end. I can't say enough about our amazing guides either. They made sure we saw everything we possibly could in the amount of time given. I'm dying to go back and do it all over again.
They offer incredible meals on the trek as well. Lots of fresh fruit and traditional food. I hope you like camping, because accommodations in the jungle are very basic, but you'll be so tired after the hike that it won't even matter. If you do this tour, you can't be afraid to get a little dirty.
All in all, a highlight of our trip to Indonesia. See Bukit Lawang will make your dreams come true!

Jungle games awaits for you! - Easily one of the best places to visit in whole indonesia, you will get to experience jungle wild life alongside great guides, good atmosphere and most importantly jungle games that are not easily to accomplish! We spent whole week in bukit lawang area and it was simply lovely.

Amazing experience! - We visited Bukit Lawang as a group of five friends. We booked 2 nights jungle track, bat cave and elephants, which was in total five days. Everything started with a pick up in Medan from where its around three hour drive but it went by fast with a great guy behind the wheel. They took great care of us at Bukit. Atmosphere was amazing, great food, great people, great accommodation, even in the jungle. Hopefully there will be another chance to come back there. So if you want a great experience don't hesitate and book it.

Amazing experience! - Amazing tour, the owner of the company and the guide were very friendly and accommodating, I saw over a dozen of orangutans. The trekking was great, the food was very good and the accommodation too. I highly recommend this tour

Amazing tour! Shout out to Johnny and Hendrick! - The experience was exceptional from start to finish. I want to specifically call out our guides, Johnny, and Hendrick. I am sure all the guides in Bukit Lawang are knowledgeable, competent, and care about the experience of their guests. However, these guys are next-level. We saw so many orangutans throughout the excursion and had some quality encounters that I know other groups did not, due to the tracking skills of our guides. Hendrick was able to get a video of a male orangutan walking down the trail towards us that we would not have been able to get close enough to obtain. I cannot say enough about these guys. If you are going to do this tour, these are the guys you want. Everything was amazing from the food, to the encounters, to the rafting back to the village at the end. I highly recommend doing this tour.

I highly recommend it! Outstanding guides! But it takes some physical stamina - Beautiful experience in the heart of the Sumatran jungle! Our guides were exceptional and very attentive. They guided us for two days of walking and even the food was always very plentiful and tasty! They always made sure we could see as many animals as possible (we saw more than 15 orangutans!). The only caveat I would give, however, is that the route is quite challenging, especially when it rains and the sections can become very slippery. The guides have always been thoughtful respecting the times even of those like me who were not really trained on a mountain course. I still highly recommend it!!

Jungle Adventure - My wife and I booked the four-day, three-night package in Bukit Lawang this August, and it was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. The itinerary was perfectly balanced — two nights in Bukit Lawang to ease in and unwind, and then two days trekking in the jungle with an unforgettable overnight stay at the campsite.
We saw so many orangutans up close in their natural habitat, which was truly magical. Our guides, Hafizh and Henry, were outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the jungle and its wildlife. They made us feel safe and looked after while also making the trek fun and adventurous. At camp, we were spoiled by delicious food prepared by the chef — an amazing touch that made the whole experience even more special.
The combination of adventure, wildlife, and warm hospitality made this trip unforgettable. If you’re thinking about doing a jungle trek in Sumatra, I can’t recommend this experience enough!

Easy with airport transfers included! It was the best trek with the meticulous attention of the guide - I chose this plan with airport transfer because I wanted to reduce the burden of travel, and it was a great answer. The first and fourth days were the main free time for traveling, and the second and third days were trekking, which was a crisp and enjoyable trip.
Our guides, ADIT and BAIM, and the chef who cooked the delicious meal, were very supportive. This time we had two small Asian women, but they adjusted the course and speed to our pace, so we genuinely enjoyed the hike without feeling any physical anxiety.
I was lucky enough to encounter two orangutans! I was speechlessly moved by the beautiful color of the coat, not only to see it on a tree in the distance, but to see it up close. In addition to orangutans, I am truly grateful for the professional work of the guides who searched for the best spots to see monkeys and birds.
