Day 1 Jungle Trekking - Into the Jungle – Wildlife, Scenic Views, and Camp

Bukit Lawang Jungle - Start: 8:30 AM – Briefing and Departure
Meet the guide at the Bambu Restaurant Eco Lodge Bukit Lawang for a brief orientation. Ensure breakfast is taken.

Embark on a jungle trek with a group (typically up to 6 people, accompanied by 1-2 licensed guides).

Morning Trek: 3–4 hours: The trek begins with an ascent into the rainforest. The trails may be steep and slippery, so appropriate footwear is essential.
Frequent stops will be made to observe semi-wild orangutans, Thomas leaf monkeys, gibbons, hornbills, macaques, and other wildlife.
The guides will provide insights into medicinal plants, animal behavior, and conservation efforts.

Lunch in the Jungle Around 1 PM. Nasi goreng and fresh tropical fruit will be served.

Continue trekking deeper into the jungle.
Spot more wildlife and learn jungle survival skills, such as identifying edible plants.
Arrival at Jungle Camp (~4–5 PM) Overnight at camp.

Dinner and Campfire, Guides prepare an Indonesian dinner (curry, rice, vegetables, tempeh, chicken if requested).

Day 2 Jungle Trekking and River Tube Rafting Return To The Village

Bukit Lawang Jungle - Morning at Camp – Breakfast & Short Trek
Awaken to the sounds of the jungle. The river, monkeys, birds, and other jungle creatures will accompany the stay.
A light breakfast will be served (pancakes, fruits, coffee).
Short optional trek (~1–2 hours) to explore more of the jungle, with a swim at the nearby waterfall.
Return to the campsite by midday, and enjoy lunch by the river.
Prepare to leave the jungle. Pack everything.
River Tube Rafting Adventure – Return to Bukit Lawang
Float down the Bohorok River (~30–40 minutes), a fun and refreshing way to return.
