PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers or those with higher qualifications, aged 12 and above, are eligible to join the Night Diver specialty course.

What will you learn?

Night scuba diving enhances your ability to concentrate on what is illuminated by your light, manage your buoyancy through touch, stay close to your diving partner, and notice details that might be missed during daylight. Throughout three night dives, you will practice:

• Techniques for handling and communicating with light.
• Methods for entering, exiting, and navigating in the dark.
• Recognizing how plants and animals behave differently or change at night.

The idea of diving beneath the surface at night is both mysterious and captivating. Even if you’ve explored a dive site numerous times during the day, nighttime transforms it into an entirely different realm, illuminated by the beam of your dive light. The environment shifts as daytime creatures retreat and nocturnal life begins to stir. If you’re curious about the underwater world after dark, consider enrolling in the PADI Night Diver Specialty course.

• Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Minimum age is 12 years
• All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some preexisting medical conditions (asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
• Please bring a swimsuit and towel
