Fun in the sand - What a fantastic experience! Solo driving the dune buggy was so fun! Degen was a great guide and created a fun and safe experience. Highly recommend! Rick picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Super convenient!

Amazing 10/10 - I had an amazing time Charlie was a great tour guide. The whole experience was loads of fun, Charlie made sure we were safe and enjoying ourselves. Worth every penny great experience!

Great Experience - All staff with helpful and Excellent. Our driver Cody was very good with our family. He knew how to make sure kids and adults had a great time. He made sure everything was very safe! But also super fun!

Kody is the B.E.S.T! - Absolute blast!! Kody was our tour guide and he gave us the time of our lives. Very professional and fun. He made us feel very safe on the trails and gave us great tips on what to do to maximize our experience. Please clone Kody and have him run all tours. Thanks!

Great trip - Started with our shuttle driver Michael Choice. The guy was phenomenal. Made a long ride seem like it too 5 minutes. Once on the trip deaton and Lance did a great job guiding the group and were very professional.

5 star experience - We had an incredible experience for our friend’s bachelorette trip! Emmet was an incredible driver as well as Manny. Our guide Deegan was also a great guide. 5 stars to all of them.

Sun Buggy Las Vegas !! - We had such a fun experience on our SunBuggy tour with Charlie as our guide! This was my first time driving a buggy alone and I was super nervous. However, Charlie was super sweet, welcoming, and made sure I felt safe the entire time. He gave clear directions, checked in with us often, and kept the vibe upbeat and exciting. I definitely recommend asking for Charlie if you want a safe and fun ride!

Epic fun! - Awesome experience from hotel pick up to drop off. Charlie was an awesome buggy guide, we felt safe the whole time. Mike was the best shuttle driver, the baddest blackest dude in the biz.

First time. Super fun! - 15 minute shuttle from hotel to Sun Buggy office. Did a quick orientation video and got helmets and goggles. Our guide Shane did a great job. Rode for 25 minutes straight, took a 5-10 minute break, then rode for another 25 minutes or so. Most of the terrain was extremely bumpy rocks and stones (we were expecting mostly sand) but that didn’t take away from the experience. The only disappointing part to us (which probably wouldn’t bother most) was our shuttle driver to and from the hotel was extremely unprofessional with his yelling and cursing at other drivers and nonstop profanity and inappropriate comments especially with my kids in the vehicle. That just took us off guard a bit, expecting a little more professionalism. Overall it was super fun and would probably do it again.

Save yourself the grief - worst customer service after they take your money! - What a disappointment this was - wasted an entire day and thousands of dollars for our group of 12. They talk all sweet until you pay, and then have the worst customer service once they take your money. Their vehicles have terrible maintenance and their safety standards are pretty low.
We had 3 buggy breakdowns during our ride out of the 6 double seaters we rented. Throttle cable broke on the first one. The second one kept stalling. Then third one had a dead battery and a fuel leak - which they continued to ignore until it got worse.
We kept stopping, waiting, and sweating until we got to a place they called the half way point. Once we restarted, the return leg was extremely short — under 10 minutes, compared to the expected 30-minute second half ride.
It's unfortunate as the track and location could have been a fun experience. Instead, we lost a precious day in our rare reunion.
On top of all that, they never respond to any of my emails. I first reached out a couple of days after the ride on May 11. You get an auto-reply that they'll get back to you in 48 hours. Then you hear nothing. I called and get pushed around. Follow-up emails get no response. I finally got a hold of a lady who sounded kind and helpful and promised a response in a couple of days. And then ghosted me entirely. It's now been almost 6 weeks and they dont care about even hearing me out.
Stay away from these guys - they'll take your money and leave you out to dry. Worst customer service experience - especially for the price we paid.
