Best day ever! - This was such an outstanding experience! Our pilot, Mad Dog, was such a joy to spend time with...so funny and full of cool information. I would suggest this company to anyone who wants a breathtaking awe-inspiring tour of one of the most stunning places in North America.

The trip is fantastic,... - The trip is fantastic, the guide that takes you to the airfield, the explanations during the flight and the fantastic views throughout. Closer you can't see
Now that they intend to charge €30 for the photo at the foot of the helicopter, it seems to me an excessive and unnecessary abuse. You feel that you want to take advantage and all your joy fades and for an instant turns to anger. Sorry, guys.

Views that give you goosebumps!! - Wow. There aren’t many things that top this experience. Flying along and the canyon opening up underneath of you is something that simply takes your breath away. We felt safe, informed, and we got 90 mins of air time. If anyone is on the fence about this, just do it. It was like being on another planet. We got to see parts of the canyon that you’d never get to see from land. Simply amazing.

This was my first time in... - This was my first time in a helicopter. The pilot was very skilled, a smooth take-off and landing. While the cost is a bit expensive, the views were amazing and the trip was 90 minutes. We flew out to the West rim of the Grand Canyon, with views of the Hoover Dam and Lake Meade. We flew back down the Strip for a unique view of Vegas.
The helicopter seats 6 passengers, but it is a bit cramped, with 4 people across the back seat. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend.

What an adrenaline rush… surreal experience - I was not convinced about getting in a helicopter. I am glad I was persuaded to do this once in a lifetime experience. I am even happier with the company we picked to do this with. From start to finish it was a fabulous experience. Our driver was fantastic picking us up at the hotel, he was personable, happy and chatty (just what I needed to be calmed down). When we got to the hanger, the staff were also friendly. Free water’s on offer was a nice touch while we waited to be shown the safety video. Our pilot was friendly and had a great sense of humour. As for the flight… there are no words. All the emotions at once and wow wow wow. So worth the time & money. Must do!! I’m scared of heights and I don’t like being in confined spaces… but this was something else and worth all the fear! If you have any doubts, I promise it’s so worth it! Booking process was straightforward and communication was easy. Seamless experience.

Once in a lifetime opportunity - We were staying at the Grand Canyon Western Ranch when the opportunity to fly with 5 Star was given to us. Kevin, our pilot, was really organised, he met us with a van and took us to the helipad. He was interested in our travels and had good conversation with us. He gave us time to look at the helicopter and take photos. The ride was smooth and the views were absolutely incredible. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and was worth every penny. The flight was a good amount of time and Kevin talked us through the sites and scenery as we went by. After a smooth landing we got some family photos and were then driven back to the ranch. I would 100% recommend you to do this if you get the chance, it was awesome and something I'll never forget.

Overcharged - Overcharged my card $600. Took 2 months to address, despite multiple phone calls with the operator (the operator did not take any steps to address even though they acknowledged the error). Had to file a case for action to be taken.
