Las Vegas - Las Vegas is a very special city and as my husband says, "fake" , with all its glitzy and lit hotels to amaze , immersed in fog and heat, and traffic , but definitely to see , but without wasting too much time unless you are a casino player . You will be enchanted by the resemblance of the Venitian in Venice, and Paris, of the game with music of the fountains in front of the Bellagio, and disappointed, at least me as a good Roman doc, of the Cesar Palace which looks nothing like Rome, but is still colossal structure. Stay no longer than one night in Las Vegas with an overnight stay, perhaps arriving from Los Angeles for the tour of Navajo parks (such as Death Valley which is only 2.5 hours away) that is not worth it , take a hotel as close as possible to downtown and that has a free parking to walk around the central part of the strip road , and anyway, to move on the strip to downtown , there is a subway that takes you between hotels and hotels (which does not always work but look on the Internet) and if the subway does not work (we happened to) download from Italy the app. uber and call an uber at least you know how much you pay. Avoid taxis. Don't think you can do the whole strip on foot because it's very long (6.8 km) : in general try to get to Vegas before 5 pm because you will find traffic coming in and an amazing line at the hotel check in, remember that any day of the year Las Vegas is full of people, always! Don't miss the Sphere where there are concerts and shows such as the Circle du Soleil and famous singers (all or almost internationally) who change the external images of the sphere all the time. Look at the concert calendar at least 8 months in advance, so if there is a singer you love it can be a great opportunity to make that vs day in Vegas unique, even if you advance the ticket is expensive. the helicopter flight while suggestive is very expensive and I recommend it only to those with a really high budget, but according to the various opinions exchanged with other tourists you can do without them. To eat, consider that each hotel has an in-house mini supermarket and starbucks or fast food and restaurants, so you'll be spoiled for choice. We bought some fast food and ate in our suite, where we had a sofa with table and huge TV with a beautiful skyline over LVegas and then went out late to shoot: comfortable and convenient. We had booked 6 months before a standard superior room, but once there they gave us a suite because the rooms had all been given away and I know this thing happens a lot in Vegas: wow!!!

Ok if you have never been in a helicopter before. - Everything and everyone were very professional. The transport bus, facility, and helicopter were impeccably clean too notch. The ride itself was only 11 minutes. So the other hour being transported back and forth plus the short wait at the facility made the experience feel overall underwhelming.

My review. - It’s an ok experience but it would be better if you could reserve your seats because the only passengers with a breathtaking views are the passengers in the front and on the left side of the helo or if it would take a the trip back so passengers on the right side of the helo could get the same view would make it a great experience. A little pilot conversation would be great too.

Advertised as 1-3 hours…... - Advertised as 1-3 hours… the helicopter ride takes 8 minutes. The 1 hour comes from them asking you to arrive 30 minutes early to sit around in a lobby with screaming kids. Definitely not worth the money whatsoever

Barf bags and the "right" side - Truly.. I should have just burned the $300, instead of going on this "tour". The young lady that signed us in was lovely, but she was new so I'm guessing she hadn't been fully exposed to the other unhappy attitudes of her coworkers. The gentleman who explained the tour policies and rules/regs was very oddly aggressive in his speech and took a perverse joy in advising 3 other guests and thrown up in the helicopter earlier that evening. "So have your barf bags ready". My husband and I were directed to the right side of the helicopter. This means you get the view of the back of the operator's head for your 12 min flight. You definitely do not see the strip lit up. Use that $300 and go enjoy a beautiful meal instead.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Absolutely terrible. Very unimpressed as we got sat on the opposite side of the strip. All we got to see was dark dessert and a random mans phone filming the strip as my partner and I got sat in seats 5,6. They ask you to be there a half hour early and didn’t have us in the helicopter until 30-40 mins after our selected time (1hr of wasted time). For a 15 min flight it really was only 10 mins at most. The pilot was super shaky and made it a very unfair flight as we were on the opposite side of the strip but paid the same amount as the other 4 in the helicopter
