Great Museum in Downtown Vegas - Really nice small museum just past downtown Las Vegas. Even though the place is a little on the small side, they had a very impressive Egyptian display. My wife and I really liked the shark tank with live sharks swimming around. Really cool place. Thank you!

History and knowlege comes together - Its a great way to learn histy from the stone age. We had a chance to talk with the paleontologist. It was there extracting a cast of a dinosaur leg.Very fascinated. The man is very very well educated for his field. It's not just dinosaurs but a lot of other animals and animals that roamed earth back long ago.

A Childhood Memory of Mine, I Am Glad to Be Here Again! - It had been a very long time since I have been to that museum but I am glad I revisited with a close friend of mine. I knew that the museum was on the smaller side but I'm glad to see they had expanded on their exhibits. The Africa exhibit was great, the African Rainforest section was cool to see again, the Dinosaur exhibit was being worked on at the time but it was great that they were dressed up for the holidays. The best part of our visit hands down was the aquatic life exhibit, I knew that Shark feeding was a part of the experience but I never knew it was on specific days. We just so happened to visit on Tuesday, Tuesday and Thursday were the only days that had Shark feeding by the way. We got to see all tge sharks and the singular Ray eat prepared fish and shrimp while also getting to learn all about them in the process, it was amazing. Now the only problem I had with the museum was the keptness, a lot of the exhibits could use some thorough dusting and cleaning. The elephants trunk in the Africa section was collecting quite a lot of dust, the hut in the African Forest exhibit was very busy to the point that when my friend got in and tried standing up he swore that something got in his hair and he was itchy on the way back home, the children's part of the museum could use a lot of dusting and tank swabbing if possible, the Egyptian exhibit could use some dusting in the glass indoors. Also please check on that Scorpion, it didn't look too good when we passed by it. However, this museum was a great get away from the large amount of overwhelming places in Vegas, and the $14 tickets was extremely modest. This museum is a great and I definitely wish it was doing well since I think the wish for donations is a sign of something that I hope is not. This museum gave me so many great memories when I was a kid and it would pain me so much to see it go away. This is a great place to visit for a couple of hours with friends or families with children, I hope it's here to stay for a very long time.

Not for adults, only children, or adults with children under 10 years of age, so there for not for children over 12 y - It was good, but it is only for people with little children, not for adults with no children, so I would not go again.

It was very easy to book... - It was very easy to book my tickets through viator although when we got to the museum the receptionist said that they did not see our ticket information in the system also we were told that we could have gotten a cheaper price if we had booked directly with the company for the museum, probably a $20 difference or so... The booking process was fairly easy I just wonder why the receptionist did not see our information in the system because I had a confirmation number and everything but we were able to go to the museum and we did have a wonderful time.

Crackheads at door - To get into the museum, you have to get through the homeless that hang out at the door, like literally at the door! I didn’t feel safe leaving my car in that parking lot and I wasn’t going to subject my grand daughters to the filthy homeless at the entrance.
