- You must visit Madame Tussauds Las Vegas first. When your ticket is processed at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas you will be given a voucher for your gondola experience
- After receiving your gondola voucher from Madame Tussauds, you are responsible for making a reservation in person with the outdoor gondola for your boat ride. Reservations are required and are on a first come first served basis. Reservations cannot be made over the phone. The boat will be shared with other parties.
- Reservations are required for the Gondola and must be made in advance. The gondola is first come, first served and does sell out and is not guaranteed unless you make your reservation with them directly in advance.

Need Something To Do... - Fun little extra activity. Madame Tussauds is on the smaller scale but still good. The gondola ride was enjoyable especially as we had a singing gondolier. Would have preferred the outdoor ride but it was temporarily closed due to the F1 race.

The best, but try and get a ride with Giorgio - Had a trip with Giorgio who was a hoot from start to finish. Cant recommend him enough. In fact if the Venetian read this please give him a pay rise or employee of the month

Enjoyable museum and gondola ride - check in at museum and they will give you a voucher for the gondola ride. The museum was neat and there is also a short film of the Marvels. Then take your voucher to the gondola desk and they will give you a receipt with a return time. We had to share the gondola and it was inside instead of outside due to the Formula 1 race track under construction. But it was wonderful. Our captain was so funny and talented. I recommend this excursion.

Nice Experience - Nice Experience But Boat Ride Not Easy To Find Need Clearer Directions To Find It and Wish They Would Have Told Us At The Museum That We Needed To Redeem Real Tickets Before We Could Take The Boat Ride Because We Stood In A Line Thinking We Have Our Tickets Already Then Had To Get Out Of That Line To Get In Another Line Slightly Irritated But Still A Good Experience

Not worth the money, too commercialized - Just not worth the money. The ride itself was too short. But, we did have a gondola captain that sang in French and set the atmosphere.

Waste of Time and Money - Booked the outdoor Gondola ride but was never told it was shut down until we got there. Went to Madame Tussaud’s to get our hard copy tickets and no one there could tell us where to go. We walked all over finally went to the indoor gondola boat ride and were told we could not ride it with our tickets as they were outdoor tickets. We went all over trying to figure out where to go as no one knew where we should go. After over an hour we returned back to the indoor ride and they then told us yes we could ride with them after telling us no the first time. Then the ride was so short it was ridiculous. For the two of us we paid over $125 and was in the boat less than 10 minutes. Huge waste of time and money.

Very unhappy - We were told at Madam Tussaud that we would not have to sign up for a scheduled time for the gondola ride. So we did other things. When we went to pick up our tickets the scheduled time was when we had other reservations for and we were unable to get back to the gondola. We never got to go on the gondola. Very disappointing.
