The amazing tour guy and bus driver called Carlitos!!! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible experience on our Grand Canyon tour, and it was all thanks to our amazing guide, Carlitos, and our bus driver, Carlitos. Yes he was the same person and was amazing bus driver plus amazing tour guy. From the moment we stepped on the bus, Carlitos made us feel welcome and safe, navigating the roads with ease and sharing a warm smile with everyone. The bus was clean, comfortable, and the ride was smooth, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. Once we arrived, Carlitos truly brought the Grand Canyon to life. His knowledge about the history, geology, and wildlife of the Canyon was impressive, and he shared it in such a fun and engaging way that even the longest drives felt like an adventure. He knew exactly where to take us for the best views and photo spots, and we never felt rushed at any stop. His stories about the area and personal experiences made us feel deeply connected to the place, and we learned so much while still having a great time. What stood out the most was Carlitos’s energy and passion for what he does. You can tell he genuinely loves sharing this incredible place with visitors, and it made our experience feel personal and special. He was attentive to everyone’s needs, checking in to ensure we were comfortable, offering to take photos, and answering all of our questions with patience and genuine interest. The combination of Carlitos excellent driving and Carlitos’s outstanding guiding made this tour a highlight of our trip. We felt safe, informed, and inspired, and we left the Grand Canyon with memories that will last a lifetime. If you are considering a Grand Canyon tour, I cannot recommend this team enough. Indeed shuttle - This one did like a shuttle, drove directly from Zion Park to Las Vegas. In opposite to the Las Vegas - Zion Park so-called shuttle, which leaves 5:30am and arrives in Zion Park 3pm.

The tour guide is very passionate - Guides are very kind, see the view will actively park put us down to take pictures, lunch although sandwiches but good taste, Blaise and Zion National Park are beautiful and beautiful

Awesome - Great driver and service. Took the ‘Summer shuttle option.’ Las Vegas to Zion via Bryce. Enjoyed the stop in Bryce seeing the hoodoos before being dropped off in Zion NP for my stay.

No puctual at all - The bus from Zion to Las Vegas should have arrived at 4 PM but it did so at 5:10 PM. The worst was there is no a properly bus stop so you have to wait under the sun in a really hot day at a car parking. In adition, seemed old and dirty

Awful customer service and lying tour guides - We booked this tour specifically to go to Bryce Canyon in the morning before being dropped in Zion as we were staying there. We got on in the morning and nothing was indicated to be any different then about 1hr 30 into the trip our tour guide Marcelo informed us that it would now be reversed and they would be going to zion first so we could not go to Bryce. When we asked why we were rudely shut down by the tour guide who insisted we should be happy as he was giving us more time in Zion, when we challenged this he tossed us a flyer and said phone the company as it’s not his problem. The office said they didn't know what had happened and they would reach out to the driver. Marcelo repeatedly said it was not up to him and roundly dismissed us as he only cared about people on the tour going back to vegas. On top of this when The driver tried to stop in Springdale at the drop off in town(indicated on the booking). he lied and told him we had said we wanted the park so we were dropped a 45 min walk away with all our cases in the hottest part of the day with a child. We asked Marcelo about the change in itinerary and drop off location and lied directly to us denying he had any say in this When we finally got hold of a snr office worker he admitted the tour guides had made the call completely on their own and they don’t know why. All of this was hugely disappointing as we had organised our trip around this and to be dismissed and lied to in this fashion was not good Be super wary about booking a one way trip

Confusing title but the guide is great - You should know that what the company adertises as a shuttle is not a shuttle but the real tour. And the arrving time in Zion Park is about 15:00. So, do not expect to arrive in Zion Park in the morning and have a lot of time for hiking. The guide Marcelo was great. The driver Jose should be more polite and not to tell people what they should do in their life. Because of him I give one star.
