- 4344 El Mar Dr - Participants will receive approximately 15 minutes of instruction on the correct use of equipment before starting the snorkel tour. While swimming skills are beneficial, a flotation device will be available if desired.
This 90-minute guided tour of the Atlantic Ocean Reef is situated in Lauderdale by the Sea. The experience begins on the beach, where an instructor will equip participants with all necessary gear, including a mask, snorkel, fins, and a flotation device to aid in ocean navigation. Some swimming ability is required. After becoming acquainted with the equipment and completing a brief safety briefing, participants will enter the water and proceed to the reef in a small group led by a guide.
The guides will lead a reef tour showcasing a diverse array of marine life, such as Angelfish, Parrotfish, Sergeant Major Fish, Hogfish, Sea Turtles, Corals, Nurse Sharks, and more.

We will meet directly on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean to the right of the pier. There is a path next to Pier 14 Restaurant that goes right to the meeting spot. There is pay parking, showers, and bathrooms. If you are more than 15 minutes late the tour most likely will have already started.

Daughter was a first timer and had an easy time learning and we both had a great time. - Wonderful experience! Daniel was great and understanding no matter the guest’s level of experience and did his best to ensure everyone had a great time. Definitely recommend!

We were not able to... - We were not able to snorkel due to weather conditions, but Daniel got in touch with us early enough that we were able to change our plans for the day.

Amazing snorkeling experience!! - Easy and fun snorkeling experience!! Guides were kind and helpful, and we were able to see beautiful views of the ocean and various wildlife. Family friendly and no experience required! The free photos were a nice touch :)

Great experience for novice or veteran snorkeler - I have done quite a bit of scuba diving and snorkeling. This was my husbands 1st snorkeling experience. We both loved it! Our guides were outstanding, giving us all the necessary information, pointing out highlights to see, and even taking some pictures for us. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice adventure in the area!

One of a Kind Experience - Patient and helpful guides. It’s a little tough to get out to the reef during choppy water but it’s truly worth it. The reef is absolutely amazing and it was easy to see a lot of marine life, even in less than ideal conditions. The guides did an amazing job spotting the entire group and keeping an eye on everyone. They communicated before and after the event and sent a photo album. 10/10

So fun 10/10 good guides and great weather - We got to see everything from sharks to stingrays to schools of fish. The pictures were amazing and the guides were really good at showing you what to look at and where to go to see what you want to see. It was a beautiful day and a 10/10 experience.

Great snorkel site - Great snorkel site. Best for comfortable swimmers. Swimming out from the beach is convenient but does take some energy. Beach area is fun and we ended up spending the entire day.

Awful experience - My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to the experience. However, when we got into the water, my boyfriend was having trouble with his mask as water kept leaking through, and could not breathe. He kept asking the instructors for help, and they brushed him off. They provided no instruction on how to breathe properly through the equipment. Later, he got separated from the group and the tour guides were angry and were going to leave without him. I asked if anyone had seen him and they said, “No, but he has my orange floatie.” They were more concerned about getting the orange flotation device back than his wellbeing. Eventually they did send someone to come get him, but when he got back they were mad that he didn’t hear that we were supposed to go inside. I was extremely worried for his health. That was extremely unprofessional and a horrible safety risk. I feel absolutely sick to my stomach over this.

Awful snorkeling company! - Our instructor was impatient and beyond rude and became easily frustrated with our inexperience. He cursed at my husband and ended the trip. His assistant was in shock at the leaders behavior as were we. My kids were horrified. The whole experience was very sketchy. They rolled up to the beach with a beach cart and we didn’t know it was them until we saw the equipment. Never ever use this snorkeling company. We spoke to the concierge at our hotel and they had much better places and experiences and never heard of this place. The only redeeming quality was they responses our money and I didn’t have to fight to get it back.
