Launceston Kayaking - Fantastic little tour. You can bring coffee, water, as its hands free its so easy to glide along and take photos etc. Aran the guide is very knowledgeable and gives great instructions. The kayaks are super easy to navigate and paddle - very easy. We didn't get the slightest bit wet, as you step into the kayak off a pontoon. Tips - free parking in the park, then take the footbridge across to the pontoon. Wear a hat and sunscreen, its really exposed. Otherwise, just sit back and relax and enjoy.

Leisurely river and gorge kayak trip - Aaron guided us on a leisurely peddle around the river and then into the gorge, pointing out a sea eagle, night heron and cormorant along the way. It was very pleasant. Just be aware that the section in the gorge is rather short due to the cascades. You will see more walking the gorge path.

Just Fabulous - We chose early morning as it is usually less windy. It was a perfect morning and so beautiful. I had trouble getting out of kyayk as I am not so fit and 60+ so I just sort of rolled out onto pier it was hilarious. In spite of having trouble getting out I would do it again in a heartbeat. Tour guide was very helpful.
