Beautiful cruise on Lake Geneva from Lausanne! - Beautiful few hours on board very cool paddle boat. Easy to find dock. Get there on time, it leaves promptly. It makes a few stops, goes by breathtaking scenery. Crew is very pleasant and professional. Just get the second class, first isn’t worth it. Excellent value! We toured winery we had viewed the day before from boat since it looked so pretty in Lavaux area.

A relaxing 3 hours spent cruising Lake Geneva - We hopped on and off the boat at Vevey. We upgraded to first class which was worth the extra. Discount it’s our local card. The deck had deckchairs and cushions outside, and was a really lovely way to while away 3 hours. the sun shone and the boat cruised gently across the lake. Getting on and off at the stops looked easy and would be happy to recommend.
Food and drink available and the staff came round to ask if we wanted anything.

A great Adventure... - The views were amazing! We took a lot of video. The world heritage wine area was awesome. Would recommend this trip as a must see.

Round trip on lake - It was a very nice ship, we didn't know it was a regular trip stopping in many places, and you can visit it and wait a coupñe of hour for the next ship

Take the tour but forget the “first class” ticket - We booked 2 first class tickets at a cost of around €150 which should include a greeter but didn’t. Made our own way upstairs and left to our own devices. I know it says no food or drinks but for that price I would expect a complimentary glass of champagne at the very least. Tour was great but to be honest you would see just as much on the level below for a fraction of the price. To sum up, take the tour but just buy a normal ticket 😉

Horrible holiday tour, we will never buy tickets on this boat again. - Every year we take this option for the holidays. This time we decided to change the distance and take a boat not from Geneva but from Lausanne. We bought tickets with a lunch menu and, as every year, we arrived in Lausanne in a festive atmosphere to continue our day on January 1. Much to our disappointment, we were led into a hall with tables as in a canteen, explaining that there was no room for us downstairs, where it was decorated for the holidays. The atmosphere was already ruined. I wanted to get up and leave. They brought us a festive dish without decoration or color, to take to the street bistro where we serve something better. In addition, the fish was undercooked. The service also improves it, saving the waiters from waiting for some time for the order and the passengers themselves from clearing the tables. When we sat at the table, there were a lot of food products of all kinds, fries, etc. It seems that the conveyor belt in the factory changes without stopping and there is no time to remove it. Terrible experience, we will of course never take up this option again. I was just waiting for this tour to end.

Overcrowded, uncomfortable and a waste of money - We booked 1st class tickets and there wasn’t even anywhere to sit down. No refreshments either unless you’d reserved a table in the restaurant. Small toilets on the second class deck. This trip takes the best part of two hours, and with small children having no place to sit and no refreshments is no joke. They’d clearly sold far too many tickets for the size of the boat. There were people, like us, with babies and young children who couldn’t get a seat, as well as older people. When we realised we’d just be standing up for two hours watching the lucky few in the restaurant get wined and dined, we decided to write off the cost of our overpriced “first class” tickets and got straight back off the boat in Lausanne . Diabolical, avoid like the plague.
