Perfect in Puglia ! - Family of five- three sons 16 & above. It was absolutely perfect! The ladies were lovely, funny, and great at teaching the art of making orecchietti! It was great as a family activity and we also enjoyed chatting with others who took the class with us. Plenty wine along the way and a yummy (& hefty) appetizer before eating our delicious collective orrecchietti ! We all loved this experience !

Fun simple culinary experience - Enjoyable morning making pasta over a glass of white, Rosie and two reds. Hosts spoke excellent English, were engaging and fun whilst imparting some simple skills. Light lunch included (effectively the pasta you made). Age 50 to 60 couple in a group of just 4 so plenty of attention. Good fun with lots of laughter.

Fun class and tasting - It was a lively class teaching us how to make fresh Orecchiette. Lovely teacher and assistant who made sure we all understood what to do and finished the task. Lovely wines accompanied the class and afterwards we had some bruschetta, orecchiette in a sauce and 2 more wines.

Pasta and wine - This class was a lot of fun, and made me realize how easy it is to make pasta. We also had a lovely lunch with the other class participants, and I feel we made new friends. Highly recommended!

Fun pasta class with wine and lunch - This was a great fun cooking class with lots of tips in making the Orecchiette pasta. We enjoyed wine while we made the pasta and it was followed by a very tasty lunch of several courses which included the pasta. Definitely recommend

Fun orecchiette class while in Lecce - Our family, all adults, attended while in Otranto. We thoroughly enjoyed the class, the instructor, wine, appetizer and orecchiette served. We all walked away with the ability to make this at home and had fun. There was approximately 12 in total in our class. Unfortunately, there was a long wait before class started (approximately 40 min) and then a longer wait after class to be served the orecchiette. The wait staff were friendly and trying to accommodate all but it was very frustrating. Two guests left before being served. We think it was because it’s part of a restaurant and they were serving lunch to patrons. Thank heaven we were sitting in the shade as it was 87 out. The price was reasonable for everything included but beware of the timing. Our class 11am to 1pm ended up ending at 2pm.

Not worth the money - The teacher was polite and enthusiastic but struggled to convey any useful cooking skills.
