My turkiye tour with trip.xom - It was my best experience .My all booking were with trip.xom.some hotel are good some are bad but I enjoyed a lot.i visited istanbul cappadocia goreme. Konya.antalia.canakkale etc

Excellent customer service by bartender Andrew - About a week ago, I was in the Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta. In the evening, I had dinner at the bar, spoke with a bartender by the name of Andrew, who treated me with a lot of professionalism and was courteous to my needs. He gave me different options and different options on the bourbon and I was looking for. I spent a couple hours there had dinner and then the very next morning around 7 AM. I seen him again and I said what are you doing in so early and he said I’m helping the morning staff. Seems like a great guy and I will be returning to this Marriott. Customer service is hard to come by fantastic job. Just want to thank him.

Peaceful stay with amazing service and stunning views! - I had a truly wonderful experience at Knai Bang Chatt. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — their warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and everything was well taken care of. I also loved the peaceful environment — it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. And the view Absolutely breathtaking! Thank you for making my stay so special. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic holiday spent end of May 2025 (8 days) - The hotel is right on the beach and the views are amazing. Hotel spotless and staff amazing especially in the dining room. Food excellent - a special thank you to Pepe. Could not fault anything in the hotel and cannot wait to return next year. Thank you to everyone.

Wonderful - My experience was truly memorable, and I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality. The room was spacious, impeccably clean-I especially want to thank those who were in charge of the clean room, the bed was also comfortable.

Fun and happy moments - I walked in with my husband and was warmly welcomed by Lavine. We were looking to have dinner, and Lavine kindly guided us through the menu, explaining everything in detail. She helped us make the perfect dinner choice, and the service throughout was exceptional. I truly felt taken care of—the waiters were attentive and kind. I was so impressed, I said I’ll definitely come back, even to host big meetings here in the future. The experience was just that good

Transportation in SriLanka - My wife and I visited SriLanka for 11 days during the 2nd half of Marrch, 2025.
We arranged with Lal Travel (Southern Taxi Service) for trips to and from the airport, as well as a couple of day- long trips.
The service was excellent.
Very easy to arrange, always on time, with comfortable vehicles and skillful, professional drivers.
Plus the charges were very reasonable.
I highly recommend them!

Bad experience - We had an awful experience at the Castle Hotel, the customer service was so bad, not by the waitresses but the manager
We ordered Nachos and it was a bowl of tortillas and cheese on top, nothing else, i was told this is how we serve the and in effect tough
There was no apology, no, can I get you anything else, she just shouted take the Nachos off the bill and walked off.
It was more about the attitude, our experience on the evening of July 28th was awful
