Amazing snorkeling with intimate group - Ramone & Ari were the tour operators at the time and they gave us an unbeatable experience! They provided fresh fruits (mangos, coconuts, bananas), showed us awesome snorkeling spots, took us near private islands, got up close and personal with the overwater bungalows around the island and sung for us! The boat tour was smooth and we had a very fun time with them - I'd highly recommend this tour.

Bora Bora Snorkling trip - Excellent experience today. The 2-person crew were wonderful, funny, kind, informative. Gave us good safety info about snorkeling in these waters. We snorkeled with black tip reef sharks and stingrays—very cool. I highly recommend Rohivai tours.

Recommended! - Have a nice afternoon with an enthusiastic captain, who provides a musical accompaniment 😍 We saw rays, sharks and beautiful coral with fish. Went also outside the lagoon, beautiful the deep sea, very clear view of the sharks ❤️

Lots to see in half a day - Our local boat captain and guide was very proud of the seas/lagoons around his island. He proudly shared the undersea secrets with us as we snorkeled. We snaked our way through the coral reef seeing colorful fish and varieties of coral, at our next stop saw 2 types of rays and at our final stop, we were surrounded by reef sharks. The waters are so clear and shallow, that even the people in the boat could see the rays and sharks (without getting wet!) Our captain changed the order of locations to avoid crowds and give us the best experienc.

We had a wonderful time... - We had a wonderful time with Ramon taking us completely around Bora Bora, stopping at several snorkeling locations. We snorkeled with black tip sharks and snorkeled at the Coral Garden. Ramon serenaded the entire time. What a treat. Our last stop was in shallow beautiful sandy bottom water where we could just relax. Ramon provided drinks and fresh fruit as well. I would highly recommend taking this excursion. You will have forever memories

Pretty Good Overall! - We booked a last-minute half-day tour with Rohivai and had a very nice experience. The lagoon was beautiful and mostly calm, the fish plentiful, and the price fair for what was included. Our guide, Ramon, was kind and funny. That said, this outing leans toward the more casual side of Bora Bora snorkel experiences. Our guide fed some of the fish leftover banana peels and had us gently hold a manta, which didn’t really align with how we like to experience wildlife. It’s a style some travelers appreciate, but if you prefer a less interactive, more conservation-minded approach, that’s worth knowing. Safety-wise, the water was relatively calm, though there were basic life jackets and a rescue ring onboard. Still, the overall setup felt pretty laid-back, so I’d recommend it for confident swimmers looking for a light, local experience rather than something structured or polished.
