Tour was nice and pleasant and as advertised. Instructor was very knowledgeable and stopped to explain wildlife along the way that was very informative. A times he was hard to understand and he talked very fast.

We missed our tour because of a lack of communication regarding the pick-up time. We realize this changes a bit depending on the tide, however, when we weren't at the pick-up spot there was no attempt to contact us; no call, no message, no nothing. Had we received a call we would have been able to attend the tour. When we finally got a hold of the operator via phone there was no apology, no effort to help us, and no refund. Very disappointed!
