ARRIVAL AT LEH AIRPORT

Leh - Upon arrival, a representative will warmly greet and escort guests to their hotel. Check-in for a half-day rest, where welcome tea will be served by the hotel staff. After lunch, take a leisurely walk to explore Leh Market, Leh Palace, and the old town of Leh. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Leh Sightseeing:

Leh - Experience the essence of Leh’s renowned tourist attractions in a day. Drive towards the lush and scenic western part of Ladakh, nestled along the Indus River. Head straight to Nimoo to witness the breathtaking Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, famously known as Sangam. The next stop is Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, believed to have the footprints of the revered Sikh saint, Guru Nanak. Visit the Hall of Fame museum, and spend the evening at Shanti Stupa, enjoying the stunning views of Leh town and the Himalayan sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

Leh Royal Palace - Also referred to as Lachen Palkar, this former royal palace overlooks the town of Leh. It was built around 1600 by Sengge Namgyal.

Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers - Drive to Nimoo to admire the spectacular view of the Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers at Nimoo, also known as Sangam. Guests can opt for an exhilarating 18 KM rafting session on the Zanskar River during the summer months.

Magnetic Hill - Visit the gravity-defying Magnetic Hill.

Shanti Stupa - After exploring Leh’s attractions, spend the evening at Shanti Stupa, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the town and surrounding mountains. It is a tranquil place to watch the sunset and meditate.

Leh to Nubra

Nubra Valley - Depart early in the morning for Nubra Valley, passing through Khardungla, the highest motorable pass in the world at an altitude of 18,380 ft. Arrive in Nubra Valley by afternoon. Enjoy the stunning view of Shayok Valley and don’t miss the Desert Safari ride on the famous Himalayan double-humped camels in Hunder. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

NUBRA TO PANGONG

Pangong Tso - Depart early (around 8 AM) for Pangong Lake. Drive towards the eastern border of Ladakh, crossing the Shayok Valley. Arrive at Pangong by afternoon. The lake spans 4-5 km in width and over 135 km in length, with about two-thirds of it lying on the other side of the Indo-China border. Overnight stay at a camp with a spectacular view of the lake.

Pangong to Leh + Traditional Ladakh Lunch Experience in Stok

Leh - Rise early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise at Pangong Lake. After breakfast on the lake’s shores, explore a nearby village to experience the local lifestyle. Return to Leh by afternoon. The rest of the day is free for exploring the local market and shopping.

Thiksey Monastery - On the way, visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Thiksey Monastery is the largest in central Ladakh and is renowned for its resemblance to the Potala Palace in Lhasa.
