Stopping at little... - Stopping at little villages and seeing where, how people live gives us a nice glimpse of remote Norwegian life.

Amazing experience - A truly amazing tour with the bonus of spotting a large pod of whales. Commentry was excellent, ship clean and efficiently run.

Beautiful Views With Poor Communications - This cruise offered beautiful views! We went on a rainy day which is obviously not something the cruise provider can control however, due to the weather, most people wanted to be in doors and there were more people than there were seats. The biggest issue with this excursion was the lack of communication. We had no idea what was going on most of the time including at random stops and why we were there. Also, the boat was older and the diesel fuel smell was very strong.

Be warned this is just the local ferry, no guide, do not get off the ferry you will have a long wait! - Not sure what happened here. We were told that there was an English speaking guide, air conditioned, free wifi. None of this was true. We were booked on the normal daily ferry which has a three hour route around the Fjord stopping off at various drop of points for the locals. We did not know this and like other people got off at the first stop to have a look around. As soon as we stepped off, the ferry started to leave we were lucky to get straight back on but one couple was left stranded and would have to wait until the ferry returned. All that said the views were absolutely stunning and we enjoyed the experience. But I would suggest some mis-selling going on here.

Beautiful scenery - Beautiful views and scenery. Boat was comfortable and there are 2 toilets on board. The only reason for 3 stars is , it is basically a ferry service. No commentary or information.

No communication - The views were lovely, the service could be improved, there was no information onboard regarding the history of the fjords or area that we visited and the extra stops for locals to enlight, we didn't know if we could get off and visit or browse, no communication what so ever, as stated the views were lovely.

Poor communication and organisation - Unfortunately this is very poorly organised and the staff on board do not communicate or keep you informed. Firstly, there is not a lot of room on the main deck due to a strange layout (MS Brunvnik) and people just kept cramming themselves in as nobody was made aware there is more seating in the lower deck (this is not easy to Spot or navigate unless directed). Secondly, we were given no information in terms of navigation or timings for arrival ports, departure times from ports and waiting time at Oye. They do not provide any information voluntarily and this is very different compared to our cruise to Geiranger with another well organised operator. Lastly, perhaps we were part of the minority but there was a choir onboard during our cruise that kept going around signing every hour or so. Sorry but we did not enjoy this or sign up this at all. I was not aware people can simply board any cruise and just go around signing at will whether passengers like it or not. Overall a very poor experience and one I would not recommend.

Filthy, Dirty windows - I’m currently on this boat (Gabriele) but really disappointing as you cannot see anything out if the windows, they are all filthy. I went on a boat yesterday and the windows were spotless so there’s no excuse, clean the boat it’s important as this is a once in a lifetime trip. It’s freezing cold today hence why I sat inside but really angry as paid a lot if money to do this with Cunard. I have added a photo and every window is this dirty.
