The Tibet Lhasa Tour with EBC offers an incredible journey into Tibet, showcasing its ancient and distinctive culture and traditions. Travelers will be treated to breathtaking Himalayan vistas and have the opportunity to reach the northern base camp of Mt. Everest (8848m). Additionally, the tour provides views of some of the world’s highest peaks, including Cho Oyu (8188m) and Lhotse (8516m).
The adventure begins with a flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa, flying north over the majestic Great Himalayan Range, offering endless views of the Himalayas. The following day is dedicated to exploring Lhasa and its many historic sites, such as the Potala Palace, Norbulingka Palace, Sera Monastery, and Drepung Monastery. The journey continues to Shigatse via Gyantse, passing through the Kamba La and Karo La passes. The tour then proceeds to Rongbuk via Xegar, traversing the Gyu La and Gyatso La passes. Finally, travelers will hike to the Everest Base Camp (South Part) to enjoy the stunning view of Mt. Everest (8848m).
