Enjoy non-stop fun and excitement bouncing and splashing down 5 km (3 miles) of class 2 and 3 rapids in this narrow, rushing river of crystal clear water. There are plenty of quiet pools along the way to appreciate the beautiful tropical scenery. Our special river tube rafts are designed with handles and protective bottoms. Guides go with you and ensure your safety.
Part of your river tubing adventure includes riding our trusty Costa Rican ranch horses (or you can go by vehicle transport) from Hacienda Guachipelin along scenic trails through the forest to get to the river.

Fun, safe and beautiful river rapid tubing - We had a wonderful time with Walter and Randall as our guides. So much fun and felt completely safe as they expertly guided us through the rapids. Highly recommend. Also recommend adding photographer (Jeffrey did a great job). Very reasonable and so worth it.

Very fun! - We had a great time on this tubing trip. We booked the 8AM tour and were the only people there. The guides were great and made sure we had a safe trip. Definitely recommend paying for the pictures

Thumbs Up! - The rapids were pretty intense on the date that we went tubing, and the guides made us feel safe and comfortable! We were a little nervous going into the experience, but by the end we were so glad we did it, and owe it all to the guides who were with us and made it so much fun!

Tuning in rapids - Carlos was our guide with the horses, and he was incredibly nice. Pablo, Luis and Kevin were very professional while tubing! It was so much fun! As long as you can hold on to a tube you will be just fine. Would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Amazing tubing trip! - We signed up for the tubing trip, not quite sure what to expect. Our first indication was the guides saying the water level was high. Then we were in the thick of things for the next two hours, a nearly endless succession of drops, whitewater, and waves, with occasional stops for everyone to catch their breath and for the guides to get in position on the next stretch of river. It was a thrill from start to finish, in very capable hands. Thank you for an outing we will not forget!

A blast! - The tubing adventure was so much fun. Not for the feint of heart this time of year (December) when the water is high, but the guides are amazing. My kids (11 and 16) loved it. Beautiful surroundings as well.

favorite activity of the trip - absolutely my favorite activity of the entire trip! closed toe shoes are required so i bought some water shoes at the shop for $20. we went during off season so luckily it was just our personal group of 5 and we each had our own guide. jackson made my experience so so SO much fun and exciting!! the rapids were rough and rocky with a few calmer areas in between. the surrounding nature was beautiful. i would absolutely do it again. it was not a chill or calming experience, so i recommend if you are into fast paced exciting adventures. thank you jackson and everyone else! <3

Very funny - A very fun experience on the Colorado River, suitable even for clumsy people like me 😂 The guides/monitors help you at all times, whether you get stuck or fall off the tube ("float"), which happened to me. Thank you so much to all of them and especially Damian who almost drowned twice when he tried to help me 😂 Sorry 🥹 and thank you so much for being a "savior angel" 😂😊

Great family day of fun - This was a blast with family. We had 2 adults and 2 teenages. We rode the horses for about 45 minutes then got off and took the shuttle to the tubbing site. You can skip the horses if you want but we loved it. The tubing is a blast but please note there are some serious rocks/rapids that you are moving through. There are many spots that are calm as well but I noticed little kids had a hard time getting themselves moved through the calm spots. The staff is also on the river with you and they assist with moving you along as well. Wear good water shoes-either sandals with straps or beach/pool water shoes. Crocs aren't great as they can easily fall off as you move through the brisk rapid parts on the river. they provide towels at the end and water as well. We had a great time.

My time. - Very rough water. I have done class V rafting and this was easily more intense. Honestly it was kinda of scary because you. Could be separated from family so easily.
