Fabulous one of a kind trip - From the minute we landed, my wife and I had a fabulous time with your tour company. Greta met us at the airport and made us feel very comfortable. All the hotels were wonderful there was great organization. All of the local guides were excellent . Carolina in Cuzco was fabulous. She always returned calls no matter what time and was always so professional and kind. You don’t pay her enough. Our Best guide locally was Rudy from Machu Picchu. He too should get a raise he was absolutely great. He took his time with my wife and I and gave us the best tour we could possibly have for Machu Picchu. If you get him as your guide you are lucky. If there was a downside it would be that sometimes the days are long. When you have to wake up in the morning at 4 AM for a flight to Cusco, the flight was late we couldn’t check into our hotel. Then we had an afternoon tour that didn’t get back until 6:30 PM and a dinner reservation for 7 PM. It may be wise to shorten days like that. The only other input I can give you is that in Cusco the transfer to the train was late and nobody told us. Usually we have a system in the states where if you were more than 15 minutes late you called the person so they don’t worry it just adds stress where it’s unnecessary. One of our other transfers in Cusco was also late. in the big picture I’d like to thank your company for a wonderful tour. I would recommend your company to anyone especially when you have employees like Greta, Rudy, and especially Carolina.

Satisfaction - Their coordination as a team was perfect and their attention the same. At no time did I feel the need to ask something because you make everything very clear and easy to understand. You're a great team, congratulations.

My 50 year dream vacation - What an amazing adventure! We had the best guides. Each of them gave us so much information on every place we visited. I would use them again on a future vacation. Thank you for making our vacation extra special.

Wow! Wow! Wow!  We highly recommend ViPac's tours of Peru. Excellent service at every step! - Wow! Wow! Wow!  We highly recommend ViPac's tours of Peru. We were very grateful for ViPac's excellent service at every step of our trip in Peru.  From our first pickup when we landed in Lima to our last transfer to the airport 11 days later, ViPac handled everything seamlessly.  Every encounter with ViPac was excellent.  The guides were always on time to our meetings, were friendly and enthusiastic, and took care of every detail for us.  ViPac handled our museum and site admissions, domestic air and train travel, transportation from one point to the next, and served as our guides for sites like Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo, Moray, Maras salt mines, several ruins in Cusco, historic Lima, the Larco Museum, and Nazca Lines and Ballestas Islands. The chosen hotels were good and in good locations:  in Lima, Casa Andina Standard Benevides was a 5 minute walk to Kennedy Park and a tourist information center; in Paracas, San Agustin Paracas was a 5 minute walk to town and had a beautiful pool and beach view; in Yucay, Sonesta Posadas del Inca was a gorgeous property in a quiet town with mountain views; in Cusco, Casa Andina Standard Cusco Plaza was 5 minutes to the main plaza and 10 minutes to the main market. Breakfast was included at every hotel and most days, our lunch was also included. Peru is known as a foodie destination and we can confirm that we had some wonderful meals. When meals weren't included, our local ViPac guides were able to direct us to amazing restaurants. We'd like to specifically recognize these guides for their stellar service: Ricardo. We had a Lima city tour and Larco Museum tour with Ricardo and wished we could have had more time with him.  He was very well educated about Peru, and his English was excellent. He told us about Lima and Peru history and culture and was clearly very interested in the subject and in making sure we had a great time.  If you get Ricardo as a guide, you are lucky! Rivelino.  His explanation of the making and use of Ollantaytambo was excellent and made it very enjoyable.  Also was an informative guide for Maras, Moray, Pisac, weaving and camelid museum. Araceli.  Gave an excellent tour of Cusco. She gave the tour in two languages and always made sure we were included and that we understood her explanation of the ruins and the cathedral. Fatama. Fatama handled our transfer to the airport for our flight to Cusco.  Rather than just dropping us at the airport like we expected, she went inside with us and helped us get checked in for our flight. She also provided great advice for adjusting to the higher altitudes. Paul.  Paul knew his way around Machu Picchu and took numerous pictures of us there without being asked. Caesar.  Caesar went out of his way to walk us to the bank and help us handle a currency issue we were having.   Guide who met us at the train station in Aquas Calientes - we didn't catch his name - went out of his way to show us where our hotel was.

My Experience with ViPac - Very good overall experience. Punctual in all its transport and excursion commitments and with very well-trained guides (although some contradicted themselves in their versions of the history of the Incas). An important point to consider is that you don’t get notified in advance of pick up and return times until a few hours before (between 6:30 and 7 PM), and that creates a little anxiety. A GREATER DISAPPOINTMENT was that we were not suggested to spend the night in Sacred Valley to continue the next day on the way to Machu Pichu, as all the other tourists who were with us did. We were the only ones to return to Cusco so that the next day we would have to get up at 4:30 AM (instead of 6:30 AM if we had been offered to stay in Sacred Valley). Very disappointing. Apart from the above we were very satisfied with their services, vehicles and guides.
