Outstanding Peru Experience - The content of the trip is outstanding; the Inca information and sites are spectacular. The VIPAC tour guides were outstanding, and we had a personal tour guide for each site we visited. I can't say enough about VIPAC's (the Peru tour company) attention to detail. This is a somewhat physical trip with a very busy schedule complicated by going from sea level to 11,000 feet at Cusco. We struggle with breath and stomach issues the first couple days in Cusco due to the altitude. We did take medicine and wore patches but just be prepared and prepare yourself. The Sacred Valley stops were amazing and of course Machu Picchu is unbelievable. Again, this was all enhanced by our outstanding tour guides. My only one negative comment is that the up front communications could be a little better so that we could have planned our flights and personal activity around the business of the schedule. But VIPAC's use of the "WhatsApp" was very good on a daily basis and that communication was very good. All in all, a great trip and very nice bang for the buck. Hotels were adequate with breakfast each morning and the tour locations and experience was very, very good.

Optimize, resources - All very well, but they must optimize the resources they have. It is observed that for the transfer of travelers use too many cars and professionals.. they have come to pick up up up three different cars tourists that we were going to the same place and that we had perfectly in the same car.

4 Women on an adventure of a Lifetime! - One of the most incredible trips I have ever been on! Peru is an amazing beautiful country with some of the most stunning archeological sites, the most dramatic topography, the most interesting history, all with the kindest most beautiful people and a modern surprising cousine. Love love loved the experience and CAN NOT say enough about Vipac!!! We were 4 women, in a foreign country and NOT ONCE did we EVER worry or have the least concern about where we were, how we were getting to our next location or what we were doing. This is an EXCEPTIONAL agency!! Bravo! You made our trip unforgettable!! Thank you so very much!!! Special shout out to Allyson for our days in Lima. She is beautiful and sweet, energetic and brilliant. Ask for Romel in the Sacred Valley/Cusco...also enthusiastic, so knowledgeable and passionate....Jaime guided us through Macchu Picchu and reveled us with the history of that magical place. All in all, everyone we encountered through Vipac was professional, kind, brilliant and engaging. They all spoke beautiful English so we were able to communicate easily. They all took the time we needed to escort and assist us. We were 4 women, well traveled and able to traverse the complicated terrain of Peru, but three of us were in our 60's, one in her late 50's and ALL of our guides were patient and helpful where we needed it. They checked all of our flight times, had all of our tickets for each encounter and made sure everyone got from point A to point B seamlessly. I have never experienced such individual and special treatment on any tour or any trip. I would ABSOLUTELY and HIGHLY recommend VIPAC throughout any Peruvian trip as well as any South American adventure! It was a trip of a lifetime and Vipac made it one we eill talk about for the rest of our lives!! Thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts! GRACIAS!

Perú has a lot of good things and I’m glad that we traveled with Viajes Pacifico as they were taking care of us all the time. The team is so nice , they are always on time and the tours are very well managed.

The climb DE la Montagna du Machu Picchu was a fantastic family experience! - Peru is a very beautiful destination, where unforgettable experiences await you. However, roads are difficult often long journeys whether by car or train. It takes some DE pleasure away unless you can take all your time.

Good company but with some flaws - My package did not include Nazca: Lima+Arequipa+Titicaca+Cuzco+Macchu Picchu In general the company works well. Most guides were competent and pleasant and transports of good quality. It is a reliable company. My only remarks: - transport from Macchu Picchu back to Cuzco was well below the level of all other transports in quality and comfort. After a long long day, returning in such bad conditions was a test to my resilience. My wife threw up upon arrival and my daughter was extremely tired. - this return did not take into account count we had a smaller kid. Could have warn us to buy food as we arrived after closure time of restaurants. - going to Cuzco airport: company was obsessed with delivering us 3 hours in advance for a domestic flight. Despite requiring 30 minutes more time so we could take a breakfast (especially after arriving the evening before to hotel after closure of restaurants), they were inflexible. Result: we stayed 2 hours in an empty airport waiting for the flight. Same obsession with going to Lima airport: we asked to 2 drives and both told us in taxi we would take max 1 hour from our hotel to Lima airport. Again despite asking for 20-30 minutes more time so we could go to a proper restaurant for our last meal in Peru, inflexible on timing and, again, arrival too much in advance to the airport. I regret I left Peru angry with this company that did not bother listening to a client. So overall, not a bad company but my next trip to Peru will not be with them. I also advised my friends that are planning to go.

My Experience with ViPac - Very good overall experience. Punctual in all its transport and excursion commitments and with very well-trained guides (although some contradicted themselves in their versions of the history of the Incas). An important point to consider is that you don’t get notified in advance of pick up and return times until a few hours before (between 6:30 and 7 PM), and that creates a little anxiety. A GREATER DISAPPOINTMENT was that we were not suggested to spend the night in Sacred Valley to continue the next day on the way to Machu Pichu, as all the other tourists who were with us did. We were the only ones to return to Cusco so that the next day we would have to get up at 4:30 AM (instead of 6:30 AM if we had been offered to stay in Sacred Valley). Very disappointing. Apart from the above we were very satisfied with their services, vehicles and guides.

Improved organization - Although the tour is adequate and the guides are attentive, we have the taste that we have not used the time despite the early mornings, and we have learned little. Improved organization would greatly enhance the experience.
