Larco Museum - Spent an afternoon on a private tour with Mario at the Larco Museum. The tour and the museum exceeded our expectations. The displays of this private collection were first-rate. In addition, the museum also displays and allows visitors to peruse the part of the collection of over 45,000 objects that are not on display. Well worth the visit and Marco was a knowledgeable and personable guide. Highly recommend.

Wonderful tour of Larco Museum with Maria - I had the pleasure of experiencing a guided tour of the Larco Museum with Maria, and it was truly outstanding. Maria's deep knowledge of the museum's artifacts and her ability to contextualize the rich history and culture of Peru made the experience both enlightening and engaging. Her passion for the subject matter was evident in every explanation, and she effortlessly connected the exhibits to broader historical and cultural narratives.

Ricardo was a wonderful guide & educator! He should teach at the university level! - Ricardo was our museum guide. He had incredible knowledge of Peruvian history (which I validated by surreptitiously fact-checking some information periodically). He was passionate, serious, but also entertaining, humorous. We enjoyed our visit. We got educated. He helped us appreciate Peru, its people, culture. He put modern Peru also in the context of present day - its continuing struggle. He made us want to know & understand more.
