Wonderful food tour! - Really fun with excellent stops and food. Patricia was a fantastic guide. She engaged so well with all of us, and really new her topic well. We did the evening tour and visited some really nice restaurants. The food was simply amazing! I would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful experience! - Our guide Sue was wonderful. I love that she combined her love of food with her love of history. She was very professional and attentive. Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoy the entire tour. All of the food was delicious. We had a wonderful evening!

Best food tour ever! - I have been on many food tours and this really exceeded my expectations! Amy was a terrific guide showing us different parts of the city as we indulged in a MULTITUDE of Peruvian specialties and drinks! We were truly spoiled! Communication from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommend for both a cultural and gastronomic experience!

Great tour and worth every dollar - Our tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the history of Perú and how it reflected in the delicious cuisine we were tasting. Always with a smile and warmth we will always remember. And the driver Mr Jesus was courteous and very skillful in the crazy traffic. Thanks to both for a wonderful experience.

Perfect for First Night in Lima - Our guide Sue and our druver Senor Juan treated our crew to a fantastic evening First stop was a restaurant on the water where we tried ceviche and Tiraditos, accompanied by Pisco Sours of course. I am not a seafood fan, but I would be if I lived here, this was delicious. We figured they blew it by starting with such an amazing stop, but nope, next one was breathtaking. Huaca Pucllana is a pre-incan archeological site built of millions of tiny bricks. It had fallen into disrepair until a gourmet restaurant offered to open there if they could have exclusive access to the site. They have been putting their profits back into the restoration. (Visitors can now also tour during the day for a small donation without having to eat there). So the view is incredible but instantly forgotten once the food started coming out…plate after plate of local dishes, each better than the next, accompanied by Peruvian wine made from the pisco grape; it was a frenzy! Tour kept going though, another stop with a cocktail demonstration, more dishes to try, then another stop in the bohemian Barranco district for dessert and an aperitif followed by a nice little walk around the neighborhood. What an evening and a perfect welcome to the country. Learned so much about their modern history and their thriving food culture.

Amazing gourmet experience - This activity exceeded expectations. Wow! First be aware there is only a small amount of walking but that is a good thing. This is amazing food with lovely scenery. Patricia was an excellent guide providing easily understood (both content and speech) knowledge of Peru and Lima. Her style was relaxed and entertaining and she encouraged questions. Now on to the star - the food. The food truly was gourmet quality. The flavors were outstanding and worthy of fine dining and represented Peru! The food was delicious and worthy of being called gourmet. This is organized well and Patricia adapted well and kept her cool when a cheering Futbol crowd closed one of the streets leading to one restaurant. This is definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Great introduction to Lima! - We had Patricia for a food tour of Lima our first night and had a wonderful time! We went to 4 local places and tried the cuisine. She was very knowledgeable and provided us with an extensive history and in depth information on Peruvian culture in addition to introducing us to a wide variety of wonderful foods! It was a great way to start out our trip!

Best Food tour, highly reccommend - A group of friends from NJ and Florida did the evening food tour, and it could not have been any better. The places chaosen were top notch, lots of atmosphere, best ceviche, a wide selection of food at every stop, knowledgeable tour leader. Special treat at the last stop was to watch the bartender make special drink for all of us, and yes, more food! I would highly recommend this experience, you will truly get the best taste of Lima on this tour.

Unforgettable and delicious experience - Our guide was AMAZING. she was incredibly smart, charismatic, and friendly. I do not remember her name but she had Japanese roots from her parents side if I remember correctly. She was amazing!!! The tour was just gorgeous. We got to dine next to pre Incan ruins. Next to the ocean also. In some of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, and some of the most delicious food I have ever had. It was an AMAZING time.
We got awful news right before the tour, and considered not going. We were so glad we went and it was amazing to have that experience to cheer us up.

Amazing! - This tour takes you to the world renowned restaurants where you experience gastronomic bliss. This is definitely for foodies. The visuals and tastes combined with the wealth of knowledge is invaluable and memorable. Our tour guide Amy was both funny and extremely knowledgeable. She made this tour amazing from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this tour too others!
