Great Family Experience at Pachacamac - I went on the Private Pachacamac Tour with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The guide explained the history in a way that was easy for everyone to follow, and we all enjoyed exploring the archaeological site together. The transport was comfortable, the timing was well planned, and everything felt smooth from start to finish. A great family outing to learn more about Peru’s past.

Great Visit to Pachacamac - I booked the Private Pachacamac Tour with my wife, and it was a great experience. The guide explained the history in detail and made the site really interesting to explore. Everything was well organized, the transport was comfortable, and we had enough time to walk around and enjoy the place. A very good way to learn more about Peru’s history together.

Great Lima Tours to Discovery Incan History - I went on the Pachacamac and Lima City tours, both with great guide named Enrique. Both tours were terrific. You learn about Incan culture at holy site of Pachacamac and at the fabulous Larco Museum. I highly recommend both tours.

Botched booking to Pachacamac - Pachacamac is a large and interesting site, but due to its age it is badly ruined. If you are interested in ruins it is a good choice, and very close to Lima. Our guide (Felix) did a good job, and the small museum there was quite interesting, but the tour was somewhat limited on exploring the huge site (probably kind of inevitable, and maybe fine for most folks). The low rating is because the operator, Lima City Tours bungled our booking: we booked two days in advance, no one showed up, fortunately our hotel (Hotel Diamond) staff was very helpful in calling the operator, they denied there was any booking, provided reservation info etc, still denied it, and only after finally pulling up credit card charge and texting it to them did they finally figure out that we had booked. They rescheduled the tour a few hours later, but this entirely screwed-up our plans for the day (a half-day tour ended up burning our whole day). Suggested they might make things right by compensating us with a partial refund, they never responded to the request. But if you have extra time in Lima, and like ruins, go to Pachacamac.

Do not use this company! - Is it possible to give a Zero? When we got to the site, it turns out that it is closed on Mondays. They actually booked us on this visit on a Monday for a location that is not open on Mondays. We were driven all the way there only to find the gate closed. The guide said "Oh, I was here yesterday and they didn't tell me it would be closed today." At which point we looked the site up on google and found that it is closed every Monday!! We have not yet received our reimbursement. So we lost a day of our vacation, as we would have scheduled a different visit, had we known that this site was closed on Mondays. And we lost the funds that we paid for the visit, since have not yet received reimbursement. Do not book with this company!
