Once we made our choice, he shared the backstory of the restaurant we selected—its origins, the history of its founder, and its evolution over the years. It added such a rich layer to our dining experience. Excellent tour of the hiistoric cith of Lima - We ended up having a private tour. Our guide, Phillipe, was fantastic. His English was execellent and he is very knowledgeable. We enjoyed his stories and seeing the city of Lima thorug his proud eyes.
