Peruvian cuisine is world-renowned for its tasty dishes such as: Anticuchos, Mazamorra, Picarones, Pollo a la brasa, Causa rellena, among others. These are some of the many culinary dishes in the country, showing you their preparation, history and tasting the seasoning of each cook or as we Peruvians call it “la señito”. In Peru there are several (secret places), where you can eat delicious and cheap food, each dish will dazzle your palate; I assure you that you will enjoy and savor each typical Peruvian dish. The only requirement we ask is that you really like to eat and learn a little about Peruvian cuisine; and most importantly, we have to have fun together. We will finish the tour with pisco sour classes where we will taste different flavors of pisco, such as: lemon pisco, passion fruit, mango, pineapple, among others.
