The tour continues to the Ramon Castile Market, where guests can savor a variety of iconic and delicious Peruvian fruits, including Pitajaya, Chirimoya, Aguaymanto, Pacay, Tuna, and Granadilla.
- Alameda Chabuca Granda - During this segment of the tour, the guide will escort visitors to Alameda Chabuca Granda to sample traditional Peruvian desserts such as Mazamorra Morada, Arroz con Leche, and Picarones.
- Barrio Chino - The guide will take participants to Chinatown, where they can explore a street rich in Chinese history and culture within Peru. Here, guests will have the chance to taste the renowned Min Pao in the secret passage of Capón Street, as well as Siu Mai.

On this tour, we will start from the Plaza de Armas, where we will visit various must-see spots on your visit to Peru. Peruvian cuisine is world-renowned for its tasty dishes such as: Anticuchos, Mazamorra, Picarones, Pollo a la brasa, Causa rellena, among others. These are some of the many culinary dishes in the country, showing you their preparation, history and tasting the seasoning of each cook or as we Peruvians call it “la señito”. In Peru there are several (secret places), where you can eat delicious and cheap food, each dish will dazzle your palate; I assure you that you will enjoy and savor each typical Peruvian dish. The only requirement we ask is that you really like to eat and learn a little about Peruvian cuisine; and most importantly, we have to have fun together. We will finish the tour with pisco sour classes where we will taste different flavors of pisco, such as: lemon pisco, passion fruit, mango, pineapple, among others.
