Alar Dinner Show - have a night out in Crete which you won't forget and certainly won't regret - This review is published having just seen the final Troy and Spectacular shows of the 2025 season. Should you see these shows in future seasons? Well if you don't you are missing out on what will be a highlight of your Crete holiday that you'll never forget. They aren't just shows , nor are they simply meals with a show. This is what I'd call a complete experience where everybody is welcomed by the amazing Virginia Carbone and her wonderful team as if they've known you all your life. From arrival at the venue to the moment you depart you will see how much they value each and every visitor. I know what many reading this will be wondering. Is it worth paying for the meal with the show? Well, if you don't you'll see the main show yes. But you'll miss out on additional performances and features which make this experience so unforgettable. I am not one for spending so much normally but having seen Troy there was no way we were going to miss Spectacular. The meals are great, the cast are incredible, their skills are amazing. The lovely Virginia Carbone is both a talented performer herself and a creator who cares passionately about her productions and her customers. I have reviewed so many shows over the years but this is the first time I've come away from a production feeling on a complete high from both the performance and of feeling cared for as a customer. Next season.... don't hold back ….. just book and enjoy. You'll have a great night out !!

A must-see from Greece! - We went to see SPECTACULAR. A very good surprise!! The show was incredible, high-level acrobatics, well-rhythmic dances with music and singers. The show is accompanied by excellent catering and Service. I can only recommend the Alar Dinner Show!

A Brilliant Evening of Entertainment - From start to finish, Alar Dinner-Show Theatre delivered a fantastic experience. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance and shown to our table, which immediately set a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The evening began with some enjoyable live songs before moving into the main show. What followed was a vibrant mix of theatre, cabaret, aerial acrobatics, gymnastics, dance, and illusionary magic. The performances offered variety and excitement throughout the night. This is more than just a show—it’s a full evening of entertainment that caters to a wide range of tastes. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys live performance, great atmosphere, and a touch of magic. All choreographed and directed by the vivacious Victoria.

Brilliant night - Had the most amazing night the show is well worth it. We only done dinner and drink The staff are supper friendly and polite. They are also very helpful even when i did the mistake of double booking our party for the wrong day they helped sort it very promptly which they didn't have to cause it was my mistake Thanks again every one SPECTUALAR show

It deserves and stra deserves - Super show! A crescendo between music, dancing, singing and circus shows, all well organized and curated by the managers. It should deserve a mention in the Cretan tourist guides. PS It is also worth it for those like me who came from Chania, making a 2h30min return trip 😎. I would have liked to see the show "Troy" but the next day I had the flight to catch.

nice show with some side notes - We have been to the show spectacularly. It is of course very difficult for the crew to Mood in a room where barely 20 people are seated. Also the lead-up time to the actual show does not do good justice to the show. My tip would be stop stalling and start the show from the starter and not just before dessert. Finally a tip to take another look at the quality of the singing which is significantly less than the rest of the show. Price quality is given the other acts and given the location just fine.

Show well, very average meal, Service to escape - At the meal I expected better than a soup with pumpkins, a starter lentil salad and bulgur, beef bourguignon and dessert that was full of cream, and very sweet indeed. What a first disappointment. As for Service! Whoops far from a real Service of pros. Second disappointment: while we placed our drink order first, with 2 mojitos for aperitif + 1 bottle of rosé wine, we were actually served the last of all the surrounding tables. But that’s where the trouble is, we got the mojitos when we were done with our soup! the waiter apologized for the delay, he knew he had actually FORGOTTEN our order, which can happen, but at least have the honesty to recognize it. We refused the aperitifs and seeing the insistence of the waiter to drop them off, set them aside without touching them. The Director taking with us the "temperature" did not apologize, told us that the wait was normal, that the bartender had gone to get fresh mint in the garden!!!! I laugh, and why not the rum in Martinique too! Moreover, ironically and cynically, this person told us that we had already had our aperitif outside as part of our VIP booking, so the mojitos did not matter for having them so late! In short we expected an apology and especially not to pay anything for our intact glasses. What nenni! We had to pay, in addition to the rosé wine, the sum of 2 x 12 € without any commercial gesture. By the way, the amex card did not work, as if by chance, and I had to resort to the black visa credit card to pay what I consider a scam. Go for the show only but ESPECIALLY NOT for dinner and its VIP Service. I am sure that the Director, from whom I expect no further apology, will have to acknowledge that all this reflects the sad reality.
