Most memorable trips in Ireland - One of the most memorable tips in Ireland. It was my first outing to see the beauty of Irish land. Beautiful mountains along the way scenic views.. and loved the limestone mountains along my way back from the bus. Very comfortable as there was no one besides my seat too..;) but a single girl on the opposite seat was sleeping the entire scenic journey:D Bus operator made it very pleasant journey with his soft Irish commanding voice he makes sure to unsure you have details of every area you pass by. Thank you viator for making this trip memorable. See u for the next trip.

Do not use, if on a cruise! - The port is about 45 minutes away. We knew this and accounted for it in advance. This excursion is seven hours and I double checked that we would be back by 4:30. They said 4:36 at the latest. We booked a taxi to pick us up between 4:30 and 4:45 and he said he would wait (and he did). However, when we got to Bunratty Castle the tour guide told us to be back to the bus by 4:35. We were still 20 minutes away from Limerick. When I questioned that they promised to have us back by 4:30 we just received an, “I’m sorry”. Well us and several others who were also on the ship decided to leave in a taxi back to Limerick. It cost us 45 euros from Bunratty to Limerick. But it was the only way to ensure we would make it to our taxis back to Foynes since the last tender back to the ship was at 6:00. We got back to the ship with only 15 minutes to spare. It was a definitely a good call on our parts. I am very disappointed in this company and will never use them again. I only gave them three stars because they showed up on-time and our time at the cliffs was perfect. After leaving the cliffs you are taken for lunch with only one choice of restaurants (it was pretty pricey), but at least had a lot of options. Then we drove for two hours to the Burren with no bathroom break. There is also no bathroom on the bus. When you arrive at Bunratty they tell you there is no time to go inside. I personally would have rather skipped the Burren and had ample time at Bunratty castle. All in all, I would personally skip this excursion if you are coming in on a cruise ship….its just too much hassle.

No live commentary on... - No live commentary on board, the driver was more helpful than the guide. The place to stay for lunch ... in my opinion a waste of time.

Paddywagon was the... - Paddywagon was the company used by Viator for a day trip to the Cliffs of Moher. Trip info did not give any indication that Limerick would be the second pickup location. The bus was 20 minutes late arriving in Limerick, no one was onsite to give any information. I called the Dublin and Cork Paddywagon offices to find out the status. Tour guide was not apologetic for the lateness, blamed it on the passengers not getting on the bus in Cork in a timely manner. Got on the bus and only single seats remained, could not sit next to our travel partners. Martin made NO effort to accommodate us or inform us of the itinerary for the day. At first stop we were given a time to return to the bus, and guess what? Same passengers from Cork were late and delayed the departure. NOT FUN! I asked if we could choose any seat after this stop and was told we could not. How fair is this to the second group of paying passengers to get stuck for the entire day sitting by strangers and not with their traveling companions? TOTALLY SUCKS. Seats should be open to choose after each stop on the tour, it would only be FAIR! The tour included a stop at the Cliffs of Moher, lunch stop nearby and a quick stop at Bunratty Castle. Definitely would not recommend using Paddywagon Tours, absolutely no decent customer service, tour guide could have been more informative and personable.

Tour of a bus - I had more of a tour of the bus than the tour. I enjoyed the Mohr's but the rest of the trip? Bwhonknows never really heard any details of what we were seeing/passing. More details were needed.
