Honest Review from a Travel Agent - MARCO DOMINGUEZ IS AWESOME!!!! We used STP Caribe last year when our son and DIL were getting married. Marco remembered the 4 of us! That in itself is amazing. But the ride...the GMC stretch is pur luxury. We're spoiled now. I don't think we can come to Cancun without renting this limo (and requesting Marco). No wait. Eucalyptus towels. Beverage varieties. Don't think twice...STP Caribe is the way to go!

Incredible welcome to Cancun - STP Caribe is an excellent and reliable company. We were picked up on time with a stretch limo, we were greeted by our driver Moises Basilio. Moises was beyond welcoming, he was kind and friendly, as well as polite and professional. I highly recommend this company and the wonderful Moises. So many amenities in the limo, very luxurious.

Left Our Wallet In Car! SO GREATFUL - YOU CAN TRUST STP! What a way to start off a trip! I never write review but I could not go without sharing my incredible experience with STP. After drop off at our resort, my husband discovered that he forgot his wallet in the car. We were really worried because he took out a lot of cash before the trip and it was all in the wallet. It was no surprise that he doubted that he would get that kind of money back, BUT I knew STP was really reputable so I had hope he would get ALL his money back safely, and we did! I contacted the STP customer support which is provided in all confirmation emails after booking and it was such a smooth process. They sent me pictures and videos of the wallet and personally drove it back to our hotel the next day. My husband was relieved to say the least to see ALL his cash and belongings were still in the wallet. So I said it once but I’ll say it again! STP will be the only airport rental I stick with from now on! The ride was great, the customer service is very professional, and from my experience they are 100% dependable and your belongings will be safe with them!

Amazing service! - Moses was an amazing driver. He was not only very friendly but also extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. 5th time using STP and will for sure use again!

10/10 would definitely recommend. Ask for Moises - This was my first time in Mexico and they say your first impression is always a lasting impression. Moises was our driver for the transport and he’s definitely someone I’ll remember for life. My wife and I were celebrating our 7th anniversary and Moises remembered and suggested 2 dozen roses, needless to say my wife was speechless and we had a very good night that night😉. We will definitely uses this service on our next visit to this beautiful country. Tanks stp and Moises for a wonderful and safe experience.

Worth the money - Very nice.. clean limo... easy pick up from airport... total experience was fantastic.. our driver Moises was great!! Will do again.

Stay away - do NOT book - This was a very poor experience. We booked the limo because we wanted that special experience. When the driver arrived to our resort he first went to the wrong entrance and we had to wait 10 minutes for him to circle back around. Then he showed up in a Mercedes SUV and not the limo. He told me he had no idea I booked the limo but it was either him or no ride - so we got it. I messaged STP and said how disappointed we were and they responded that they were willing to “upgrade us for free to the Mercedes” or we would have to wait 45 minutes as there was a delay with the limo. To be clear, I was never told about any delay with the limo at all - they should have told me if there was going to be one. Also we couldn’t wait even if we wanted to as by the time they replied to my message we had been driving for 15 minutes already. They offered no price adjustment, no refund, no nothing. They simply said “we should have told you about the delay” and nothing else. For additional context - our driver was rude, he didn’t help with our luggage my partner had to load it and the vehicle didn’t have enough room so one of our suitcases had to sit on my lap (not very luxurious). The worst part of it - the ride was supposed to come with snacks and drinks and all he had was 1 bottle of water because “he didn’t originally plan to get us so he wasn’t prepared”. Very unacceptable. The worst part is they offered no price adjustment or refund. Literally theft - we paid for something, they made a switch and we didn’t get it but they kept our money. I’d stay away from them. They don’t care - they’re a volume company and work off of a ton of ride, we’re simply a small fish to them as evidenced by the way they did nothing for me.
