Guests are greeted warmly and introduced to the rich history of the winery and its surroundings. A stroll through the vineyards reveals the unique aspects of cultivating in volcanic soil. The winery tour includes an exploration of the wine production and aging facilities. On-site wine tasting is available, allowing guests to sample a variety of wines, each with unique characteristics, paired with local cuisine. Etna wines are celebrated for their freshness, minerality, and aromatic complexity. Among the most renowned are Etna Rosso, crafted from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, and Etna Bianco, primarily made from Carricante and Catarratto grapes.
- Children are welcome with a dedicated menu. Pasta with tomato sauce or Pasta with Gambino EVO Oil, Chicken cutlet, Dessert of the day (menu to be paid locally)
