Lack of communication - Even after i booked there was no time mentioned when the pick-up would be, when trying to contact them i only got a response in the evening, when the cave had already been closed for hours. By that time i had taken a taxi there and back by myself.
Their response said they cancelled the tour. They should have said this way sooner. The only good thing about it is that they at least refunded it right away.
