Known as Gadime Cave, this karstic limestone cave is located in the village of Gadime e Ulët, near the municipality of Lipjan in Kosovo. Much of the cave remains unexplored. It was discovered in 1966 by a villager named Ahmet Asllani while working in his garden. Gadime Cave is situated within marble limestones from the Mesozoic era. Over time, tectonic shifts and erosion have caused the marble to crack. The cave’s total length is 1,260 meters, and it covers an area of 56.25 hectares.

Gracanica Monastery - The next stop is one of the most beautiful Orthodox churches in the Balkans. The Monastery of Gracanica is a stunning example of Serbian medieval architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The custodian is very knowledgeable, providing factual stories about the architecture, history, and fresco paintings of the Monastery. There is no entry fee.

Kukes - Kukës is a city in the Republic of Albania. It is the capital of the surrounding municipality and county of Kukës, one of 12 constituent counties of the republic. The city spans 8.2 square kilometers and had a total population of 16,719 people as of 2011.

Pec - The journey begins at the Patriarchate of Peć, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visitors are immediately struck by the tranquil atmosphere and ancient architecture. The main church complex comprises several interconnected medieval churches. Inside, the incredible frescoes adorn almost every surface, with vibrant murals dating back to the 13th century, depicting biblical scenes, saints, and historical figures with remarkable detail and intensity. The distinct Byzantine influences and the sheer volume of artwork are noteworthy. Visitors can take a few moments to absorb the spiritual significance of this historic seat of the Serbian Orthodox Church. An ancient mulberry tree in the courtyard stands as a silent witness to centuries of history.

- In Etno Restaurant Gracanica, a variety of specialties are available, including pork. The bread served is just taken from the stove.
- In Pristina, traditional and westernized lunches are available in local restaurants. You can have lunch at Burger King or Bulls. Vegetarian meals are on the menu of more restaurants.
- In Kukes, if going there, lunch is at the Kulla e Lumes, a restaurant by the Fierza Lake. The fish from the lake, lamb, beef, and the flia, a traditional pastry, are served. The green vegetables are perfect. Wine and beer are local, but they serve those from the neighboring region.
- In Kukes, if you choose to enter the Underground Bunkers, it will cost 15 Euros per person.
- Kukes is a small city; the drive through, followed by the details and description, is more than enough to make you happy for visiting one more country in a single day. Perfect viewpoints, fascinating landscape, and the photos are a bonus.
- You need to carry your passports or ID cards to cross the border of Kosovo and Albania when going to Kukes. Check the visa requirements for entering these countries.
