Team building - My company organized this activity as Team building and it was super fun! Well organized, we had a great service and the staff was super available. I recommend!!

A great start to an excellent weekend - The beer bike was a great start to our stag experience in Lisbon. We had free reign over the music, the beer was flowing and the sights across the water in Lisbon were stunning. This was also better than going on a beer bike through a busy city and annoying the locals, as being out by the water meant we could sing and laugh freely! Our driver and barman were both great and we never had empty cups, plus they helped us take some great pictures and joined in with the fun.

TOP activity - Superb activity carried out during a bachelorette party. It was honestly one of the most fun activities of our weekend. The team is super nice. I recommend.

Frustrating and disappointing! - Unfortunately this much anticipated experience got off to a rocky start. While the staff running the bike tour were fabulous and we were 30 minutes ahead of schedule- we were not able to locate the exact meeting point of the tour. We followed the information on the viator website and were in the vicinity at the river but had no way of knowing where the bike would arrive, This resulted in unnecessary walking backing and forth along the route in extreme heat. ( We were a group of 12 older people). No one along the route was able to answer our questions and knew very little about the tour. Some directed us to one end of the route while others directed us to another. When the tour operators were asked why there were no signs indicating the meeting point we were told there have never been signs. By the time the entire group of 12 was able to get into the bike- 30 minutes of the 60 minute tour had already passed. Definitely not worth the 45 dollars each ( plus exchange) that was paid. Simple solution- put a sign at the start of the tour!

Very disappointed with the experience. - Very disappointed with the experience. We had booked a beerbike activity and were well present at 5pm, scheduled departure time. Unfortunately, no one was there to welcome us. After waiting, the tour finally started late, which reduced our activity to only 30 minutes instead of an hour. We asked for a partial refund or a commercial gesture, but this was denied. Total lack of professionalism and no consideration for customers. Don't. Namely that they changed 3 times days and time

I do not recommend - I don't recommend it. Catch tourist! Sangria in a cubi, canned beer, no atmosphere, does not go to the tower of Belem...

No show, no cancelation and no notice - As a group of 3 friends we thought this would be a nice afternoon activity before heading out on the town. We centered our afternoon to be in Belen for this tour, only for the bike not to show up at the pick up spot. After trying to contact the operator, looking around and asking the local shops we had no option but to request a refund from Viator. Viator were great and very professional and organized the refund efficiently.

Not commercial... - Our flights were canceled, we were not able to participate in the activity, but no commercial gesture for a possible refund or compensation was made. I find this regrettable since not doing the activity was not up to us. We had booked other activities in Lisbon which they understood the situation and reimbursed us without problem. Go on your way, I think there are some companies more serious than others.
