Wonferful place, good vibes, clean place overall, the electric menu was great, maybe more options for dessert. - Excellent place, great food,good service, only inside, there is mo terrace or outdoor seating, clean

Very good - Very friendly staff, from reception to payment. Service a little slow. Great hamburgers. Fantastic hot fudge brownie. Great decoration. Prices slightly above the value, but not in excess.

Hard Rock great, Viator not so great - Whilst our experience was wonderful, the venue did not have our booking on their system. I don’t know who was at fault, probably Viator so I do hope they get their payment! Our server, food and experience was fabulous. We had booked a set menu-the desert wasn’t available so an alternative was arranged, which was even better than the original!

Hard Rock Lisbon Experience - This restaurant took a while to get in (20 minutes) because it was packed. Ok service, but most of the food was good. Would recommend for American food in Lisbon.

Really good food and nice staff - Very nice staff and very good food. We had meat dish and it was perfectly fried. The service was good. Unfortunately very few bar stools if you do not have a table. The restaurant had a nice environment.

Not worthy of a rock venue - Very nice place in rock’n’roll style as expected Friendly service good food The only shortcoming that is not possible in a Rock Caffe is house music in the whole place, when I approached the staff there was the answer “we have many young customers here” Never happened to me like this before and I always visit the Rock Caffe houses on my travels.

Surprise with tip in Hard Rock - We went to Hard Rock with great expectations, but our experience was a little disappointing. The food was good, no complaint about it. However, when it came time to pay cash, the waiter indicated that the tip was not included in the account and suggested leaving 10% of the total and how much money then brought us back. I found it super strange since in other restaurants in Lisbon it had not happened to me.

The experience is no longer like what it was before. - This restaurant has always been one of my favorites, but after a long time without going, I came back last Thursday with my girlfriend and was extremely disappointed. The experience is no longer like what it was before. The employees were rude, clearly showed a lack of will and almost no energy in the care. The food has lost quality: the portions have been reduced, the taste does not impress and seems even something heated in the microwave. For the price charged, which remains high, the quality no longer follows. The music was so loud we could barely talk, which made everything even more uncomfortable. And I say it as someone who has always been a fan of Hard Rock — but this restaurant is not the same anymore. Whoever is now for the first time will not be able to understand what the real experience was before.

The worst place in any city on the planet. - It's the worst place on the planet. Pure trash. Unpaid American food for exorbitant prices. Tourist place with NO attractive. Ideal for idiots who buy one of their shirts at every place they visit. FUJA.
