- Convento de Cristo - Climb to the Templar castle and discover the monumental work of the Convent of Christ. Let yourself be enchanted by one of the most important works of the Renaissance in Portugal.
- Aqueduto dos Pegoes - Outstanding view of the surrounding nature. The Pegoes aqueduct is in relatively good condition and it is possible to go up and take beautiful pictures.
- Tomar - In the center of Tomar, you can see the old bridge, Serpa Pinto street, the Town Hall and the Church of Saint John the Baptist in the historic centre.

Fantastic trip - A fantastic trip with a knowledgeable guide José. He was incredibly knowledgeable in the Portuguese history, The Knights Templar order, Gastronomy, and the local areas toured. But also, kind humble and helpful to others encountered along the way.
I happened to visit during the strike of the Services department of the museums and monuments of Portugal. Which resulted in the Convent of Christ being closed which wasn’t anything José could do to prevent. However he did everything within his power to make up for this setback in the tour and I commend him for trying to help me have the best experience possible.
I look forward to a return visit to Portugal and to taking this trip or a similar one again in the future.

Almourol-Tomar, and the... - Almourol-Tomar, and the Templars were wonderful to experience. Jose’s knowledge of the history made the tour even more memorable. The convent was so unique and outstanding and it was a spectacular experience. Jose was professional and an excellent tour guide and teacher.

History and calm outside the city - I’m still processing everything from yesterday. It was such a rich day, full of impressions, places, and stories. The tour was thoughtfully structured and moved at a relaxed pace, which made it easy to enjoy. I especially appreciated the balance between history, nature, and quiet moments.
Bruno was a great guide. He was knowledgeable without being overwhelming and open to adapting the experience along the way. The stop at Almourol was a highlight, and the visit to the Convent of Christ gave a real sense of Portugal’s layered history.
Thank you again. It was a really special experience.

It was a great day full... - It was a great day full of history and beautiful places linked to the Knights Templar. I learned a lot, and everything was easy to understand. Bruno was a wonderful guide, kind, helpful, and proud to share stories about Portugal.
One of the best moments was visiting Castelo de Almourol. It’s on a quiet island, and you take a small boat to get there. The view from the top was stunning, with storks flying above and kayaks on the river. Very peaceful.
Another unforgettable stop was the Convento de Cristo in Tomar. The main altar is incredible, full of detail and surrounded by powerful wall paintings.
I also had the tastiest, freshest fish for lunch. A perfect day, highly recommended!

Wonderful tour - Excellent experience! Jose, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative about the history of Portugal. Beautiful city of Tomar along with an in-depth explanation of the Templars.

A wonderful tour! A+ - We had a fabulous private day tour (2 couples) visiting Tomar, Nazaré and Õbidos with our guide, João. Each of the towns was unique and picturesque and although a bit of a distance (60-90 min) from Lisbon, very doable in a full day tour, with beautiful scenery along the way.
Our lunch stop was in Nazaré and it was a seafood feast at a wonderful family owned restaurant. João did not steer us wrong in his recommendations!
João was a superb guide. He was very knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed. The vehicle was very comfortable for 2 couples and João was an excellent driver. He also made an unscheduled stop in Belém so we could visit the infamous Pasteis de Belém for the original Portuguese tarts. We recommend this tour… a highlight of our trip to Portugal.

Wonderful tour to sintro. - Bruno and nuno were incredible. They were very knowledgeable and flexible. They suggested and tolerated a number of changes to the schedule to accommodate family needs. They brought us wonderful pastries!! They were on time and vigilant the entire day. Absolutely the best tour guides we have ever had!!

Highly recommended medieval experience - The itinerary was great and well explained at the beginning by Bruno, who is providing you with information about all the sites visited and what they have to do with each other. The places visited meet the expectations of the people who are interested in the medieval and templar world. It is a very nice tour to do, you visit not so busy things from people as other places, so it is very comfortable since there are no queues. Bruno very friendly with us and very attentive. Highly recommended!!!
