No surprises, good coverage - Everything perfect, we use all 3 lines. Quite an experience the green line between the alleys towards the castle. To ask for something I would say it would be great to know the real-time location of the bus, maybe it exists but I didn't find it.

Rain or shine City sightseeing is the best way to see Lisbon! - We traveled with our toddler and had the best experience! The staff was very helpful and the buses always on time. It is great way to see Lisbon especially with the small bus since there are a lot of hills in the city. I highly recommend it!

Nice drive, little information - The drivers were very careful drivers but the commentary especially on the afternoon green line was virtually nonexistent. We heard three times how Lisbon got its name, a couple of times about the earthquake and once about the area where fishmongers lived. Nothing about historic buildings, monuments current economic activity or local anecdotes.

Probably the worst commentary I have ever endured. - We bought the tickets that give you access to all 3 tours over 2 days. In reality one route goes west to Belem (the Belem Tower and the Pasteis factory) one goes east to the old Expo site (modern buildings)and the small bus goes up to the castle. The first two are quite a long way out and there is little of interest along the way unless you are interested in dereliction and graffiti. If there is more to be seen the woeful commentary did not refer to it and we now know that there were many things just off the bus route that were worthy of mention. The pre- recorded commentary is 90% Fado music and 10% information. The driver makes no contribution whatsoever and when we were on the small bus tour up to the castle it was difficult to determine whether he had stopped because of congestion or because we were actually at a stop. There is so much that a real tour guide or a decent recording could say about Lisbon but the opportunity to mention sites that were close by, and a thousand other facts about their maritime history, the war-time years, the improvement to the economy since joining the EU etc etc was missed. If we go again we will use the yellow trams (take the number 28 tour) and save both money and time.

Red line was good, definitely don’t do the blue! - We always use these when we visit cities as like to get a feel for the place and learn a bit at the same time. This really isn’t as good as it could be. Red line was good - but difficult to know how frequent buses were so could be waiting a while Blue line was awful. Drove no where! Saw nothing of interest and most of the audio was repeated from day before! Night tour was ok- if you aren’t doing anything else , No where near as good as other cities and could definitely be improved!

Blue line is very disappointing. - Red line is fine. Blue line has little to offer. During the entire ride you will not get any explanation or comment, which is the intention with sightseeing. Could be much better.

not recommended, try alternatives - We have been using Hop on hop off buses in all European cities. Always loving them and having the best experiences as you use them to move around but also to learn something....This one needs for sure improvements: the audio guide is practically not a guide. You just listen to music and the description is so poor, just a few minutes in an hour ride , also not at all synchronized. Many audio guides didn't work on the buses, and we needed to change seats to find the ones working propely. If the bus would be full, we might ended up with no guide at all... We have 2 free walking tours with our ticket. we only did the "from castle to Alfama" tour. Absolutely lost of time. We expected to discover Alfama. We did not. The tour guide seemed really bored, not liking her job... we have done free tours in other cities which were so nice. we have just passed from the Cathedral, and just walk down the hill reaching the beachfront road towards the main square (not Alfama). The only things we did see at Alfama and the tour guide had described were the Miradouro (view point) ,one strange tree, and one building. We took a walk by ourselves (not at all organized as we have thought that the tour will cover most of the area... ) and our walk was much better, we discovered Alfama indeed ,which is an amazing place...!! Overall we have paid for 48h ticket with 3 routes and 2 walking tours and 1 night tour. We ended up using it only for 1 day, 1 route, and 1 walking tour. We didn't want to use the service for any other routes or tour, as it was a lost of our time and money basically. Public buses are on time (you can buy the ticket from the driver) .Also, Bolt (instead of uber) is a very cheap and convenient way to use to go anywhere in Lisbon, and Free walking tours using Guru Walk is a great way to explore the city.

Skip this company not worth the money - Old broken seats, headsets don't work, very uncomfortable, terrible drivers, rude and information given incorrect, I would not recommend this company go with Greyline we found that company really well ran. Also, getting a refund back from this company was non-existent when I cancelled outside the 48-hour time frame
