Wonderful walking tour with our guide João! - It was our first time in Lisbon and João did a great tour. He covered the history and major sites very well and was very nice.

Lovely experience. - Belem is very knowledgeable about Lisbon's history. She speaks clearly and makes the tour enjoyable. Belem is helpful and gave good tips.

In depth and balanced historical tour - The tour was really nice and Miriam was amazing -- she was very knowledgeable and shared history of Lisbon through multiple perspectives, both the good and the bad, which I really appreciated. I got to learn so much about Lisbon and its history in just 2.5 hrs, highly recommend it!

This tour is a must do in Lisbon - The guide Cecelia was excellent. She has a lot of historical knowledge which she conveys with passion making it easy to remember. Cecelia sang the song composed for the Liberation of Portugal in 1974. Something I will always remember about Lisbon

Cecilia is fantastic - Cecilia was a passionate, enthusiastic guide. Cecilia gave us all the history of Portugal from its origins to the present. Towards the end, she sang a Revolution text for us all, what a Beautiful voice! If you go out with Cecilia as your guide,you are so lucky, she's fantastic.

Joao tour of Lisbon - great - Joao is great!!! Very useful and fun tour. He gave some interesting tips and was very much aware of the heat and considered to the group

A brief introduction to Lisboa - We came across with Cecilia by chance on our first day in Lisbon. She informed us about the details of the walking tour, we decided to join. And we are very glad to take the tour with her as our guide. Her English is very fluent and easy to comprehend. She gave us lots of information. Both historic and practical. We were lucky to find this walking tour and Cecilia.

We felt very uncomfortable - Following our tour with [Redacted] in Lisbon (15th September), for the first time ever on a walking tour, we could not bring ourselves to tip. During their tour, after showing the memorial for the victims of the Jewish persecutions, they said that the memorial reminded everyone to have respect and understanding for all cultures and faiths, though they stated that it's not relevant now given the current conflict. In light of the current conflict in the middle east, it's even more important that we respect all cultures and faiths and they should be using this monument to highlight that, rather than specify that we no longer need to behave respectfully towards everyone. This comment made us very wary and concerned given we are Jewish and they explicitly stated that we no longer need to be respected or treated equally. We were afraid to let them know that we were Jewish and this influenced our whole trip to Lisbon. We were relieved that we couldn't be seen as visibly Jewish - it's horrific that in this day and age, people should be made to feel like they can't show their identity in a modern, western country. [Redacted] also had a Boycott Israel Apartheid Sticker on the back of their phone which furthered our discomfort. Please can you speak to [Redacted] about this and ensure that they are inclusive to everything/everyone on their tours in future, ensuring everyone feels welcome in Lisbon.
