I would highly recommend the Yellow Bus Tours combo ticket 72/96 hours and spread your journey over the few days - I would highly recommend the Yellow Bus Tours combo ticket (X2 bus routes, Tram and River cruise). Both bus routes were good and reasonable commentary on the headsets and up to 2 hours on one route if you just want to sit back and relax. The river cruise was good, I think about about 1.30 hours, but do double check departure times as we had to wait an extra hour (Maybe the leaflet in our hotel reception was outdated). The Tram was very good, it does most of the same route as the famous and very crowded Tram 28. Our Tram was not busy so we had seats to ourselves and the driver was very pleasant.

Definitely great value, great idea - This is an excellent idea, a great way to see so many different sites. You can get off at any site that interests you spend whatever time you want then hop back on and go to another site. Definitely worth the money. The tour we did included two bus tours, a tram tour and a boat tour. As well, it would’ve given access to the funicular’s, but they were closed due to the tragedy that recently happened there.

Our Lisbon holiday - A great way to see and get around central Lisbon through the different Yellow Bus modes of transport and tours. Our 72 hour pass was excellent value for money.

Great way to see the City - we bought a 3-day ticket for the yellow bus in Lisbon and we really made good use of it. They have 2 routes, one for the historic district (Belem) and one for the modern area, (aptly named modern). The first day we just rode around to see the city and decide where to spend our time. The second and third days, we got off at the sights we chose, and re-boarded the next bus. The audio guide was great, everything was fine. I recommend Yellow bus!!

Nice visit Lisbon - Excellent way to visit the city without fatigue. The bus + tram + boat formula is interesting and competitive. To do and to do again!

Recommended - We bought the three-day ticket of the Yellow Bus with the intention of using it instead of public transport, which was only partially feasible due to the geographical conformation of the city, but we still used the ticket to go to Belem, to take the Tagus cruise and tram ride in the old city and to take the Elevator (which alone costs over 6 euros) and we took the opportunity to see areas of Lisbon (such as the Expo district) where otherwise we would hardly have gone. Overall therefore it was a good purchase. Buses are punctual and easy to find stops; thanks to the QR code system you can easily know how far the next one is. A suggestion: the Modern Lisbon tour skims the airport without stopping, while if a stop were planned at the Terminal the Service could really be defined complete.

Too bad!!! - For walks on the river, groups accompanied by guides have priority over individuals. So you arrive 30 minutes early and you queue in full sun with your children and when boarding arrive several huge groups. We put a sign in front of you at the last moment that indicates that the groups are priority and you wait without knowing if you will be able to board or if it will be necessary to wait several hours the next cruise.... And if you finally manage to climb, you will only have a few places scattered between the groups and often misplaced.... It is a shame to make such a distinction between customers.... We paid too and unfortunately the walk did not live up to our expectations!!! The other tram and bus rides were good.

Go with the Red Bus Experience. More reliable. - The bus schedule was highly unreliable. We had up to a two hour wait to get on a yellow bus. Boat ride had excessive diesel fumes. Tram ride was super crowded. One time when we were waiting for a yellow bus, 3 red buses passed us up at the bus stop before a yellow bus showed up. Repeated attempts were made to call the office, but to no avail.

Very disappointing experience - The bus was very bumpy it rode hard like a flatbed trailer. The driver drove too fast the pictures were blurry. Instructions on back of seat said to press stop button before next stop. As a tourist how would you know if you want to get off at the next stop? So that was insulting. Plus on the first bus which was the modern route most of the stop buttons were missing the push button. The driver was stopped quickly throwing us forward he would take off quickly throwing us back he'd make Corners real hard it was as if he was just trying to get through the route as quick as he could. One man was trying to press the button to get off and they never stopped for him. The second bus to Old Lisbon was better but still not great. I've traveled your and taken several bus tours of cities I took The Big Red Bus in Two Cities and I took city tours and another city while I visited on the same vacation they were very good this was insulting. I do not recommend it
